Guest Access:

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

* Signing of rental agreement

* ID and selfie uploads



Guests will enjoy exclusive access to a private cottage at Chippewa Lake. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include kayak rentals (Available May 10-Nov 1, subject to availability), a shared fire pit, Gazebo area with indoor/outdoor seating, and a sandy 80 foot waterfront with 2 docks.

For public transportation, nearby Big Rapids provides bus services connecting to larger cities. Enjoy easy access to local attractions with convenient parking at the property.

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

• Discounts applied automatically:

-15% off for stays 7+ nights

-30% off for stays 30+ nights

• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).

• Pets:

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).
