We have neighbors on each side, who can be sensitive to noise outside of normal conversation/TV, especially between hours of 10pm-8am.

I can’t say enough good about the location of this condo - Just what we needed - Always a quick response from owners when I had questions - We were three ladies visiting Natchitoches for the weekend and I would hope when we make another trip there, we can stay here

What a jewel on Front Street in Natchitoches!!! Perfectly appointed and located; even better than advertised! And the huge private balcony overlooking Front Street and the Cane River made for a great location for morning coffee or ending the evening. Amazing place.

This is my favorite place for a quick getaway. This was my 3rd time staying at this wonderful property. The host are always quick to respond with any questions you may have. They have thought of all the details to make your stay easy and relaxing. The location is great.

Great time!

The condo is on Front Street - walking distance to everything downtown. Plenty of room for us to relax after walking all day. The balcony was a big plus to enjoy the scenery and people watch. We will definitely plan another trip! The Hostess, Janice, was extremely helpful and accommodating with anything we needed.

Three ladies in their 70s traveling to Natchitoches. This condo was beautifully decorated. The location was excellent! Short walk to shopping and restaurants. Loved the balcony patio. Highly recommend. We would definitely return.

Sisters’ Weekend

My sister and I met in Natchitoches to spend time together after not seeing each other for over 2 years. We stayed in this beautiful condo and we both loved it! It was so comfortable and beautifully decorated in the best location on the waterfront. When I had questions prior to our stay, the owners were very responsive and replied quickly. My sister said she wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else, so we’re hoping to make this an annual event. We highly recommend this condo!!!

Beautiful townhome on the cane river

When we first arrived we were surprised to see that the townhome was even nicer and more spacious than we expected. The pictures really don’t do it justice . Beautifully decorated and the little extra touches like a bottle of wine and some toiletries for guest to use . The location couldn’t be more perfect with a balcony overlooking the cane river and right in the historic district of Natchitoches with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance . Would definitely stay here again .

Perfect place to make memories!

We would, and will stay here again! We love Natchitoches, and the festivities are great! This condo was immaculately clean and the absolute perfect location, right on front Street, with a large balcony decorated inside and out for the Christmas holiday. As for service, and getting in contact with Janiice, our contact person, she was always available with a text or call. I could not say enough good, if you’re planning on staying in the Natchitoches area, you need to book this location. Tammy
