Was a very lazy stay with walkable convenience to the town and quick drive to grocery store. All the comforts of home were included. This will be our first choice when we return again in the near future.
We loved this house for our stay. Very convenient and loved the Christmas decorations inside. The host was very accommodating and we will definitely be back for the Natchitoches Christmas festivities!
Charming home, great location, best hostess! Very clean and welcoming.
This home had everything you needed. Comfortable bed, & furniture. Close to historic downtown, plenty of parking, on the river. Will definitely stay here again.
This was a great home for a short getaway. Very close to downtown which made getting around easy. We walked to downtown. Small, but cozy home for just 2 of us. Kristen's communication and instructions for check-in/check-out were very clear and easy to follow.
Perfect little get away spot! Right on the river. Short walk to downtown for all the sights and resturants and shops! The host was "johnnie on the spot"! Will definitely stay again!!
We rented this property for our family members. The location is perfect for visiting the riverbank and Front Street shops and restaurants. The property is very comfortable and decorated so cute. The owner was very prompt anytime I sent her a message. I would highly recommend this cozy cute home.
The house was just as beautiful as the pictures. The place was very clean. The house was a very short walk to downtown. The host was amazing! She had a list prepared when we got there of suggestions of things to do and responded quickly with any questions I had as far as restaurants to eat at. When we come back we will definitely be staying at this house again! 5 stars for everything.
I love this place. very clean, all new appliances, very comfortable. The host is the biggest deal at made me feel important, was so wonderful and extremely responsive. I felt like I made a new friend. I've stayed in many homes across the country, No one can compare to this place. I will always return here in my business travel when available. Wonderful Place!
The location of this property is excellent. You can easily walk to downtown or explore other parts of town. The home was exactly as described, with many thoughtful items included. There were lots of towels for us to use. The kitchen was fully stocked, clean and the perfect place to fix our morning coffee. I truly loved the decor of this unit. Light, bright and comfortable! It was easy to feel at home. The owner reached out several times and was very pleasant!
Very clean & convenient. Comfortable beds. Only 2 issuesâŠthe undersized furnace ran all night directly into the ear of the guest staying on the Murphy bed. Not fun! The second was a mention not to disable the security cameras. We couldnât find them so thatâs not a problem, but, was creeped out that there were cameras watching but we did not know from where they were recording. Creepy!
Christmas Light Festival in Natchitoches - gorgeous. Private tri-plex overlooking Cane River Lake. Very clean, well appointed. Would definitely come back!
This property is very nice. We loved the home as well as the location!! The host was very helpful with a welcome book featuring places to eat and visit.
I am a Natchitoches native and have been in love with this little town my whole life. It has always been a joy sharing it with friends and family. My goal in creating "The 403" is to provide a place for enjoying our beautiful town and creating special memories that last a lifetime. Thank you for choosing "The 403"!
This historic house was built in the early 1900's and the best guess is 1914. It was considered to be a Queen Anne Style cottage and has been altered over the years. I chose this home because of the proximity to downtown. It is on the parade route and an ideal location for enjoying historic downtown Natchitoches.
The location of this home is amazing. You are literally a minute's walk to downtown Natchitoches. There are wonderful shops, restaurants and historic sites all within walking distance. I am in love with this house and hope that you love it just as much. Thank you for visiting!
