Rosie's Cabin is an authentic log cabin located just 10 minutes from Charleston.
Rosie's cabin is located in a peaceful neighborhood located just outside City limits. Our cabin is an authentic log cabin that is spacious and offers plenty of room to spend with family and friends. Rosie's cabin boasts two (2) inviting bedrooms with two (2) queen beds. The cozy living room features a sofa bed and wood burning fireplace perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. In addition, there is a charming mezzanine space with a futon and massaging chair for those who need to unwind with a good book. Guests can enjoy the wood burning fireplace, fire pit, charcoal grill, hot tub, soaking tub and wildlife from the front/back porches. Rosie's has a custom walk-in shower (downstairs) with three (3) rainfall shower heads and a bench to sit and relax. The soaking tub is located in the upstairs bedroom.
In the Winter months four wheel drive may be required to access the cabin by the driveway. We do try to keep the driveway as clear as possible.
We do offer a starter quantity of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Bed linens and towels are also supplied.
This is a wonderful little cabin that is perfect for a small family. We enjoyed the back and front porch decks, the hot tub and the beautiful shower. It was so nice to come back to the cabin each day to unwind.
Amazing log home close to everything with the feel of being far away in peace and quiet. Hosts were easy to be in touch with and were quick to respond. House was beautiful and we loved our stay.
We stayed 3 nights for our anniversary getaway. The cabin was so stylish and cute! The bed was firm without being too firm. We enjoyed playing the games available, massage chair and hot tub during our downtime. We saw a deer out front one morning and heard raccoons at night. Very peaceful and private without being too far from restaurants and activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Lovely, clean and quaint cabin with cosy ambiance. Wood burning fireplace and all the modern amenities. We felt safe and very comfortable. Communication with property manager was prompt and timely. We enjoyed our stay.
We had an amazing time staying at Rosieâs Cabin on Christmas Day. It felt so cozy and homie, it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our toddler. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and the kitchen was very updated with all necessities and appliances. The upstairs little game room area was our favorite! Our toddler loved all the games that were provided. It was also nice to use the hot tub to unwind. It was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely look to stay here again!
I surprised my sister-in-law for her 50th birthday with a short vacation with her 2 adult daughters. They reported their stay was amazing--the cabin was cozy and well stocked. There was a slight hiccup when the host thought we may have been double booked, but they stayed in contact through the process and we got through it with a few laughs.
We moved to our current home in 2010 and could not have asked for better neighbors. We own around 100 acres around us and wanted to share what we love about our home. The great neighborhood, neighbors, and all the wildlife that lives here too.
Rosie's Cabin was built in loving memory of our elderly neighbor who grew up and raised her siblings on the property where it sits. She loved this area even though her childhood was a rough one. She and her siblings lived in what we know as a circus tent just outside of our driveway gate. She told her daughter she always wanted a cabin built for herself. So, we did just that and we even saved one of her seashells from her old house and placed it in the stone work of the fireplace. If you stay with us please let us know if you can find the seashell in the stone work.
