With 10-foot ceilings, oversized windows framing the Continental Divide, and a spacious floor plan, you'll be surrounded by luxury. The community grounds feature a thoughtfully designed mountain-modern aesthetic, complete with an amenity deck that includes a common firepit, a stainless steel endless lap pool, and a shared hot tub. The old-growth pines and spruce trees around the building create a serene and secluded atmosphere.
This two-bedroom-plus-den, two-bathroom condo accommodates up to six guests comfortably within 1,385 square feet of beautifully appointed living space. Inside, you'll find high-quality furnishings, mountain-modern decor, and unforgettable views of the Continental Divide. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds with comfortable mattresses and high-quality sheets, ensuring a restful sleep. The den includes two single futons for additional sleeping arrangements. The living area, with its gas-log fireplace and stunning forest views, is the perfect spot to catch the alpenglow at sunset. The stylish kitchen is fully stocked, including a KitchenAid mixer and a crockpot, and is equipped with an induction cooktop, and a convection microwave, making meal preparation a breeze.
