The host was responsive to our arrival challenges (flights delayed). The location was easy to find, spacious for our needs, allowing us to be together. Great having 3 bathrooms! Unsure what was meant by any extra items would need to be provided by us (extra toilet paper, towels). And, although hand soap and dish soap was provided, no paper towels, dish towels and other cleaning supplies were provided. The picture shows a 2-car garage, yet we were unable to access the garage to enter from the driveway and had to carry all of the bags up the outside stairs and down and up inside. Just a heads-up would have been good since we are in our seventies, and it might have been a deterrent in booking this location. The mattresses were comfortable, but each bed only had 2 pillows, many probably needed replacing, (suggest using pillow protectors since they are being used by various people). The oven and some of the dishes, pots and pans needed to be cleaned. one of the plugs in the kitchen was not working; there are only 8 chairs (4 in the dining/4 in the kitchen) so we had to move chairs when we wanted to eat together. The couch in the family room was very comfortable but there was no other seating without bringing chairs from upstairs; the toilet seats in 2 of the bathrooms were loose and 1- needs a fill valve/ flapper replacement. We left a number of sticky notes throughout the house upon leaving so that maybe the housekeeper or handyman could easily address suggestions/ concerns.
