Welcome to The Manor at Open Range Stables, part of the Pinetown Collective — a peaceful countryside stay tucked away in Central Pennsylvania.



Follow the driveway through the woods and watch the property open up around you. Tucked well off the road among 20 peaceful acres, The Manor is a place to gather, reconnect, and enjoy a slower pace for a few days.



Porch coffee. Long dinners under the twinkle lights. A soak in the hot tub after a day in Gettysburg. S'mores around the firepit and quiet evenings under the stars.



Whether you're gathering with family, spending a weekend with friends, attending a nearby wedding, or exploring Gettysburg, we hope you'll settle in and feel right at home.



THE MANOR + THE SNUG

The property sleeps up to 11 guests between the main farmhouse and The Snug, a private king studio located directly across the driveway in the main barn.



Inside the Manor, you'll find bright, comfortable spaces with plenty of room to be together. The fully stocked kitchen opens to the dining area, while the vaulted living room—with its warm wood ceiling and doors leading directly to the patio—creates a cozy gathering spot for movies, conversation, and evenings that naturally spill outdoors.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

• One room with a double and twin bed

• The Snug — a private king studio across the driveway



The Snug gives your group a little extra breathing room. With a king canopy bed, living area, kitchenette, and full bathroom, it's especially nice for grandparents, couples, or anyone who appreciates having a quiet space of their own. The kitchenette includes a microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, single-serve blender, and basic utensils.



⼻⼻ A quick note about the farmhouse: the staircase leading to the second-floor bedrooms is fairly steep. Most guests have no trouble with it, but it's something to keep in mind for anyone with mobility concerns.



OUTSIDE

✨This is where The Manor really comes to life.



Step onto the new deck and into the hot tub tucked among the trees, enjoy dinner outside under the twinkle lights, rock on the front porch with your morning coffee, or end the evening around the firepit.



The farmhouse sits among 20 acres of countryside with mature trees, open lawn, old farm buildings, and a peaceful creek where deer often wander at dusk. There's room to breathe here.

Kids have a playset just steps from the patio, and the two-car garage is available to guests with a ping pong table and firepit supplies for rainy days and evenings outside.



The home and studio have HVAC throughout for year-round comfort.

We welcome well-behaved dogs under 35 lbs. Please bring your dog's bedding and crate. Additional cleaning may result in a $50 fee.



TRAVELING WITH HORSES?

While Open Range is not a working horse farm, we do have a 16-stall barn and can offer dry boarding for guests bringing their own horses to explore Gettysburg and the surrounding area. Shavings are included. Please inquire before booking for details and availability.
