Charming Coastal San Pedro Home
Our family-friendly two-bedroom, two-bath house is located only two blocks from a 200-meter trail leading you down to the ocean, where you can explore a small rocky beach with tide pools. The home is located on a quiet street, and is intended for guests who enjoy peace and quiet and will be respectful of the community surrounding them. While here, be sure to take daily walks along the ocean bluff path a block away from the house and breathe in the ocean breezes.
The home includes:
Full kitchen -- our kitchen is set up to accommodate a family of six and has everything you'll need to prepare and enjoy your meals during your stay.
Dining room-- our dining table seats six guests and provides a spacious and comfortable space for your meals at home.
Living room -- the living room is set up for a family to enjoy the television and relax on the comfortable couch, and also has kids' games and toys to entertain the little ones.
Bedroom #1 -- the primary bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent children's bed, which can be moved out of the way if it is not needed during your stay. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom for privacy. Note that you must walk through bedroom #2 to access bedroom #1.
Bathroom #1 -- the en suite bathroom is a full bathroom, complete with tub, shower, toilet, and sink.
Laundry -- there is a full-sized washer and dryer in the en suite bathroom off the primary bedroom.
Bedroom #2 -- the second bedroom is extremely large. In addition to the king-sized bed, there is a warm fireplace to enjoy on cold winter evenings. A small child's bed will be available for this room as well.
Bathroom #2 -- the second bathroom is located conveniently off the kitchen and also has a shower, toilet, and sink.
Front yard -- the front yard has ocean views and beautiful gardens.
Back yard -- the back yard has many sections to enjoy, including a covered patio with dining area for al fresco meals, a large yard with fountain for the kids to play, and a fire table/BBQ area for relaxation and an evening glass of wine.
Parking -- parking is on the street, but street parking in the area is readily available.
Video -- please be aware that we have video cameras in the front and back yards. Do not tamper with the cameras, which are for your safety and the safety of our property.
Essentials -- we will provide a "starter kit" of toilet paper and other essentials, but it will be the guests' responsibility to keep those items stocked throughout their stay.
Pets -- as is noted throughout our listing, we applied for and were granted an allergy exemption and cannot host any pets, including service and emotional support pets. This is our primary home, which we use for our family when we do not have guests.
