Our family of 9 had the most wonderful 6-night stay at this beautiful home in Vega Baja. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and at home. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and being just a short 5-minute walk from the beach made it easy to enjoy the ocean every day.The home was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our family gathering. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee while taking in the view or spending quality time together in the evenings, this house provided the perfect setting for making special memories.What truly made our stay exceptional was our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive throughout our visit. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and their thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and activities helped us experience the best of Puerto Rico.We left with full hearts, wonderful memories, and a deep appreciation for both this beautiful home and the hospitality we received. Myself and 7 friends rented this home for a 50th birthday long weekend and this space was perfect. The views are stunning, the beach is so close, the pool is spacious and warm. One night we had a catered dinner on the patio with music playing through the sound system, it was wonderful. Richard is not only responsive but attentive, you can tell through the thoughtful details he included in the home that he loves to entertain. The food trucks near the beach and along the beach road during the day are terrific but dinner choices at night are not as numerous without a car. Can’t wait to return.

This home was a great fit for our family vacation. We loved being within walking distance to the beach, and it was convenient to have several restaurants nearby, plus a grocery store just down the street. One thing to note is that the home is on a busy street, and on Friday and Saturday nights, we did hear cars playing loud music late into the night. Ricky was wonderful to work with, very welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.

This home was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. It’s a beautiful oceanfront house, and the beach is only a five minute walk away, which made it perfect for a birthday celebration. It was a wonderful place to relax, recharge, and celebrate together, and the entire stay felt effortless and special. The host was attentive and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly. The nearby beaches are clear, calm, and absolutely beautiful. Overall, this was an amazing stay, and we would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway.

Great stay.

The property was excellent. Very short walk to a beautiful beach. We loved the pool and host. Richard was great. Only downsides were there is no dishwasher and the street noise can be intense at times.

Incredible house

What a great house. Perfect for a family or friends. Plenty of space to separate and lots of outdoor area to eat or play cards or swim. Ricky is an excellent host. The communication was excellent and he answered my questions quickly. The location is excellent as it takes a quick 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Can’t thank Ricky enough for a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back.

What an amazing house and host.

The place was perfect for a family. We had my son and his family with three children. They had their space, and we had ours. The home and patios with pool were amazing. Modern and clean throughout, the kitchen was well-equipped for what you needed. The beach is just a few steps away and has a great tide pool for younger children to swim in. The sand is amazing. The only downside is that the road out front can get a bit noisy at night. Grocery and bars are close by.

Great home

The house was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable. The ACs kept the house and rooms nice and cool It’s a newly built home, but the layout is different from what many mainland U.S. travelers expect. There is no interior stairwell, you must go outside and down a flight of stairs to access the other three bedrooms. This is common in PR to help with airflow and storm resistance.The main level has a primary bedroom with a king bed and bathroom, plus the kitchen and living area. There’s no dishwasher or indoor oven. A small outside grill and indoor stovetop are available. Two downstairs bedrooms are connected (accessed from the outside), one with a queen bed and the other with two bunk beds. Each has its own bathroom. The third bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom (also access from the outside). The surround sound by the pool was amazing, and the host showed us how to connect our phones and use the keys. The neighborhood is lively, with loud music from car sound systems playing until midnight or later. It was fun people-watching, but not everyone will appreciate this.The beach is about an 8-minute walk and very popular and clean. Nearby is a local bar where we ordered pizza and calzone to go, which were good.The owner was attentive and quick to respond, we appreciated him. Overall, this home offers an authentic PR experience and is exactly as pictured.

Stunning property with a world class view. Richard is always available if you need anything, plus he gives you a rundown of the entire house and how to use everything. It is located on the ocean front, plenty of places to eat and the public beach is minutes away. If you enjoy the evening views and the essence of Puerto Rican life in the evening, this is the place to stay.
