We had the opportunity to stay at this property the week prior to Easter. First visit to PR and this property in Dorado was the perfect location. Close to lots of restaurants, grocery shopping and access to north shore beaches.We stayed with 4 adults and 4 teens and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, we loved having a washer dryer on property. Each room has high functioning AC which in important given that this unit has 3 floors. There’s a very nice outdoor covered patio area where we loved to sit in the evenings or to have breakfast. There is a pickleball, tennis and basketball courts as well as pool close in the Villa complex. Overall we loved the experience, our host Ricardo couldn’t have been more friendly, responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great experience in Dorado.

Beautiful home in a great location!!Wish we could give 4.5 stars!!Some suggestions for a better vacationer experience:1- This villa is three floors with BRs on 2nd and 3rd floors. Difficult for guests who are older or have mobility issues. There is an elevator but guests are not able to use. Getting luggage up two flights might be difficult for some 2- A map of property with a guidebook accessible in the villa on the specific amenities available to guests eg how to access tennis courts/pickleball/golf facilities and general information or recommendations on activities 3- Dishwasher would have been great!4- Not all the mattresses/beds were equally comfortable with creaky bed in 2nd floor BR; Pillows not comfortable; Bedding starchy and too small on the King bed5- No hand towels/washclothes so ran out of paper towels quickly 6- One of the chairs in media room sectional sofa did not recline These are minor things but for some guests might make the expense more pleasant if fixed.We were a little disappointed by pool/pool area. Could use upgraded furniture as many were ripped/broken and there were not enough of them. Also more tables with umbrellas would make it more pleasant.Pool was a basic pool but this is certainly not the owners responsibility to upgrade.Excellent communication from owner Ricardo. Beautiful home overall and we made great memories. We would rent again!
