Walking Distance to Campus and Downtown Cedar City. This is an ideal location for visiting the National Parks and Monuments. New remodel with new appliances, counter tops, and flooring. Private laundry area. Off street parking for two vehicles. Quiet neighbourhood.

Our stay was great - the duplex side we were in was very clean and comfortable. The contact person, Jake, was responsive to questions online. My disappointment was that the map shows a completely wrong area of town that this was located in. The location is why we chose this particular property, as we wanted to be closer to our venue. The problem for me was that we were actually in town, on the east side of the freeway, and our venue was on the west side of town, and the map shows that the reservation was also on the west side. I hope that VRBO will change the map, as the contact person seemed to not know how to change how it displays on the map. We were from out of state, and had no idea where the campus was - and the description said it was close to that. Since I didn't research that tidbit of information ahead of time, and realize it before booking, we just went ahead with the reservation. Overall, though, it was acceptable, and we were happy with the cleanliness and comfort of our stay.
Property was great. The location on vrbo isnât correct but the owner clarified that in their communication to us. It isnât a big deal and was actually closer to town than it shows on vrbo. Comfortable and worked for our family.
Loved how close this is to restraunts, access to the freeway for getting to Zion National Park (65min. Drive) and still in a residential neighborhood so it was quiet and peaceful. The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Seriously, it was amazing. I was surprised it was a duplex since the picture didn't show that however we didn't hear the neighbors at all.
It was a perfect stay for our visit to the Shakespeare festival. Walking distance was super convenient. It was clean, comfortable, and had general kitchen supplies making dinners super easy!
The place was very clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The only problem was that the Wi-Fi was not working. Honestly, we realized it pretty late at night, so we didn't contact the host about it; therefore, we don't know if he would have been able to solve the problem.
Host was very helpful when we needed help checking in. The house was as described and was clean, however there was a fairly strong smell of mildew when entering. Very convenient location for the Shakespeare festival.
Easy check in, received codes through the app.
Place was clean, grocery store nearby and the kitchen was equipped with all necessary items. Would definitely stay again.
Owner was super chill and easy to reach. Close to anything in Cedar. The home Internet speeds arenât sufficient to manage any streaming, but overall stay was great.
I really enjoyed my stay. Jake was very helpful and quick to respond to any needs I had. The location was just right for getting to Zion and I was also advised of other sites to see in the area. The town was quiet and cute, had everything I needed. House was very clean and easily accessed. I would stay here again.
The house, a duplex, was easy to find and check in. Communication was great as I had a couple of questions upon arrival. Location was less than a 10 minute walk to SUU as we came to attend graduation. Historical Main Street and local shops were also in walking distance. The house was newly updated with nice carpet and updated bathroom. Heat and air conditioning both worked just fine. The reason for four stars in cleanliness is that some of the dishes were not very clean like pan lids and stem wear. We just washed pans before using. Also, there were no kitchen towels or a wash cloth in the kitchen. I did find something we could use in a hall closet that was more like a cleaning rag than a dish towel. We made it work. We would stay there again if we went to Cedar City.
Had difficulty initially finding the property but after host sent a pin location, it was no problem. Mapping location and street name do not match. Entry was easy with key code but found the unit had not been cleaned since last visitor. Again, reached out to host and was able to quickly remedy the isssue, just had to leave site for a few hours waiting on cleaners. Space was as described, beds were comfortable. Location was close enough to walk to campus. Quiet neighborhood.
This little apartment is in the perfect location! It was super close to SUU (which is what we needed for the weekend.) Main Street was close by which had shopping, food, and grocery options. The apartment was clean and very well stocked. Everything I needed I a kitchen was there to use. The downfall of the place is the TV did not work and the owner could not help us. It will mirror other Samsung products, but we have iPhones. The beds were also very firm.
This house is much cuter than the pictures! It was very clean and comfortable.
We were just in town for the night to go to a football game. Too bad that was the last game of season because I would definitely book this place again.
For some reason the navigation kept trying to take us somewhere else, but eventually we found it.
