Beautiful Private Guest house, extra large soaking tub!
Beautiful guest house in Cedar City Utah! It's the perfect central location in Southern Utah. Close to Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon National Park. Come relax in the extra large soaking tub after a long day of exploring southern utah.
This property was perfect for what we neededâa quick stay in Cedar City for a wedding. The space was clean, well-decorated, and felt very homey. Would definitely stay again!
Nice quiet neighborhood and comfortable place to stay for skiing at Brian Head for a couple of days. Everything was like the pictures and description showed. The kitchenette was very useful for grilling dinner after skiing and fixing an easy breakfast in the morning.
This is a wonderful quiet property, only a few mintes from golf, food, movies, aquatice center and shopping. We loved the location because its very safe and so quiet.
My son and I stayed here before skiing at Brian Head. The place was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable, and the separate living room was great for the two of us. It was located in a beautiful neighborhood in the hills of Cedar City, making it convenient, but also quiet. Communication was excellent and the rate was very reasonable. Weâll stay there again the next time we ski!
The House was clean and comfortable. The area is beautiful with great views. The host was great at communicating how to get there and all the instructions needed. We really enjoyed our stay! Will try to stay again.
What a great guest house. This was perfect for our weekend getaway and a great location for all we wanted to domin the surrounding area. Jessica is a great host and kept us well informed of the access to the house.
The property is nestled up against the natural beauty of the foothills, and it is beautiful. We appreciated the privacy of our apartment. The living area was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We didnât mind the stairs inside the apartment leading up to the living area, but realize some people with mobility issues may struggle with them.
We drove in for just a day and Jessicaâs space was perfect for us. Spacious and comfortable! Loved the deck to sit and enjoy the beautiful Cedar City weather. Weâll be back for sure!
Quick overnight before SUU gymnastics camp. Gorgeous custom home, safe, friendly neighborhood. Instructions were easy, place was quiet and clean. Price was great.
Jessicaâs property is absolutely amazing, extremely clean the best amenityâs, the bed is super comfortable and the large tub is amazing and huge! She does everything to make you feel right at home! Her communication is amazing with out being too much, I would not hesitate to stay here it is beautiful right up against the hillside and completely private! I will stay here every time I visit cedar!
This place was super nice and seemed like it was recently constructed. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was really spacious as well as the living room and kitchen area. Plenty of place to stretch out and unwind. The neighborhood is really nice too with a pretty cool walking/running trail nearby. The host was also super communicative and responded to any questions I had really quick. The house was easy to find whether it be from the host's directions or google maps. I would definitley stay here again when I return to Cedar City.
Pros: location is great, it was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, has great ac, the place is spacious, the neighborhood is very walkable and good hiking trails less than a mile away, it was so peaceful, had a homey feel to it, it was mostly clean, really has everything you could want or need, I unfortunately got locked out at 11pm at night as I didnât have my phone and was exhausted so I forgot the code, I thought I was going to have to sleep in the car. Regrettably I had to bother Jessica and she got up at that late hour to let me know what the code was (so sorry)! I was there for 4 days and nights for work and it was the perfect spot to relax at the end of a long day. I mostly have only good things to say and would absolutely recommend to anyone. Cons: though it was quite clean it was also pretty dusty, there were a lot of cobwebs and a few spiders, and a strong smelling cleaning agent that 99% of people would likely find pleasant smelling - benefit of vrbo is I could open up windows and one of the doors to let fresh air in the smell faded rather quickly after that except for in the fridge, there is no fixed shower head so showers were a smidge tricky. The benefits far outweigh any drawbacks. Way better than a hotel.
