Welcome to Deer Valley Black Bear 153, a cozy mountain retreat nestled in the heart of Silver Lake Village in Deer Valley. Enjoy a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal destination for both winter and summer getaways.
Situated mid-mountain in the popular Deer Valley Silver Lake Village area, Deer Valley Black Bear 153 offers easy access to world-class skiing in the winter and scenic hiking and biking trails in the summer. The Black Bear community is conveniently located just across the street from Silver Lake Lodge, providing a quick walk to the ski lifts, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, you are just a 5-7 minute drive to Park City Mountain Resort and Historic Main Street, where you can indulge in shopping, world-class dining, and vibrant nightlife.
This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo spans 1076 square feet and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.
From the communal garage, take the elevator or stairs to the 1st level and up a few steps to the condo front door, and step into the charming great room.
Living Room: The living room exudes mountain decor and offers a welcoming ambiance. Relax on the queen sleeper sofa and love seat, while enjoying the warmth of the gas fireplace. Entertainment options include a TV with cable, a DVD player, stereo with a CD player and SiriusXM Satellite radio. The living room also provides access to a private deck with a hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
Kitchen: The kitchen is designed with granite countertops, a kitchen island, and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen island offers bar seating for three, and you can choose between a drip, Keurig and espresso coffee maker for your morning brew.
Dining Area: The dining area features a wood dining table with seating for six and is situated between the living room and kitchen. It is well-lit with natural light, creating a pleasant dining experience. Additionally, a laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer is conveniently located in the dining area.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms: Master Bedroom: The master bedroom boasts a king bed, TV with cable, and two large windows that floods the room with natural light. The en suite bathroom features two sinks and a spacious tile/glass shower.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom offers a king bed, TV with cable, natural light, and access to a full shared bathroom. The shared bathroom includes a granite counter vanity and a jetted tub/shower combo.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 for a ski weekend in Deer Valley. A short walk to the slopes and close to multiple rental shops. Everything in the unit was as described, and the kitchen was well stocked. It’s also close to several large lodges/hotels that have restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Definitely one of the best values in Deer Valley!

Had to Cancel
We didn't see the property because we had to cancel due to a medical problem. I did not like that my booking did not show cancelled on the VRBO site, nor through your communications. I did cancel and I knew I still would be charged; no problem, the rules were clear. But I still received all of the check in information and correspondence; automated and annoying. All this made it more challenging to get my trip insurance refunded. I also really don't like that I still paid a cleaning fee that wasn't needed. Also, once I cancelled, the correspondence changed from being address to my name to customer or VRBO Customer. Not user friendly and very impersonal. I'll definitely opt for an owner managed property in the future.
