You do not want to miss out on some of the best lake views right from the comfort of our unique Master Bedroom Sitting Area or out on our back patio at "Deja Blue" Lakeview Villa! Take a swim right out back off our newly installed ladder, bring your gear & fish right from our backyard, or take your boat out just a few miles down the road at the public boat ramp. Still just only a few miles away from the Shoals Area, you're bound to enjoy your time here!

*We have installed a ladder that makes it easy for you to get in and out of the water right from our backyard.*

The space includes 3 flat screen TVs in the living room, as well as in both queen bedrooms, which includes access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, & more, & free access to Wifi.

Includes a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a variety of cooking utensils, pots & pans, a drip coffee maker, & more.

Also includes a dining room table that seats 6.

Iron & Ironing Board

Parking space in the driveway, as well as on the side street.

*Washer, Dryer, & Dishwasher are NOT available at this location. If booking long term, we do offer laundry services at NO COST.

The house was clean and welcoming. Loved being so close to UNA and McFarland Park. The view of the lake was relaxing. The house we quite spacious. Bring your own pillows if you prefer fluffy, comfortable pillows and a fan if you need a fan to sleep.

Great Stay

Place was exactly as described, perfect fishing spot on our way down South. Loved the view of the river, the back deck and main bedroom. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful lakeview.

Quiet neighborhood on the lake. Lakeview in the morning was spectacular. Peace and quiet stay. House is comfortable. The master bedroom has beautiful view of the lake. Beautiful staircase going down to the water.

Girls weekend

Me and my girlfriend's enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing. Our visit was in November and we did a lot of exploring/dining. The only complaint I have is the mattresses in the secondary bedrooms need to be replaced or have a box spring beneath them. Hope to come back in the spring and summer to enjoy the River.

Great place to escape

My family and friends enjoyed our time at this location. It was cozy and the view of the water was wonderful. After attending a local fair, we loved the calm and quiet of the hous's location. The beds were very comfortable and everyone rested well. It was so nice to be able to cook most of our meals instead of eating out. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and cookware. Overall, we had a splendid time while staying here and hope to stay again in the future for a vacation next year.

Nice Home

We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend. The property was very nice and the view was lovely (especially from the master bedroom). Everything was clean, and I found everything I needed to cook. The host was very helpful before and during the stay. She answered all questions quickly. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We met several people out walking and everyone was very nice and helpful.
