The main lounge space of this unique villa presents itself at first entrance, it is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table and TV. Whilst a complimentary and private second living room includes a sofa suite, accompanying chairs, a coffee table and lamp lighting. Both beautiful communal rooms overlook the property’s private pool and beachfront views.
The kitchen is fitted with all the necessities for a seamless stay and the villa has a well-lit dining room with a vibrant interior and table to seat eight.
The master suite offers soft dusky blues to give a calm reflection of the sea surround, a queen size double bed with bedside tables, twin seating with a coffee table, seated vanity, fitted wardrobes and a direct access door to your very own private garden overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
This extra-large luxury villa can accommodate for 14+ people, offering seven double bedrooms in total. The six rooms that accompany the master suite each contain a queen size double bed with premium bedding, bedside tables and lamp lighting. Each room has fully dressed windows for dream-filled nights, fitted wardrobes for all of your holiday essentials and en suite bathrooms with fitted tubs and shower facilities.

-The Company is allowed to ask the Guest to leave the property without any refund if the Guest does not respect these Terms & Conditions or the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
-The Villa is only to be used for residential purposes and cannot be used for Parties, events or any film shooting purposes.
-The Company operates a no smoking policy at the Property.
-The Guest shall refrain from committing any illegal activities or similar acts such as nuisance to the neighborhood that may lead to the police or other authority interference and shall take all precautions in all security and legal measurements.
-Cleaning is not included in the room rate provided for Villas, however it can be arranged with the additional cost.
-We do not allow pets in the Villa.
-Losing keys will incur a fee.
Please note the following:
-Full pre-payment required & booking will be non-refundable & not amendable.
-Security deposit of 10000 AED to be paid at the time of check in and will be refunded at the time of check out, if no damage.
-Visitors are allowed from 9am-10pm only after registration.
-All ids should be sent 1-2 day before Emirates ID ( front and back side ) or passport photo.
-Check-in time is 4 PM & check-out at 12 PM.
-The security deposit will be collected as a guarantee against return of the apartment in good condition or in case there is no property damage which can be payable by either cash or card. This will be returned within 7-14 days after the end of the booking period. The security deposit will cover any damages or stains found during the checkout inspection in the apartment and will not be refunded upon any signs of smoking inside the apartment.
