The large 5.7 acre Solana Spanish Villas estate, is perfect for accommodating large families, friends, biking or golf groups, wellness or corporate retreats. Come enjoy the Spanish charm at our historic style villas, relax in the heated pool, play a game of pickleball on our private court, or unwind in the serene surroundings.

The Space:
Solana Spanish Villas is the perfect location for larger groups. Our serene property, set amongst a mature Mesquite tree bosque and historic 150 year Eucalyptus trees, offers a tranquil retreat filled with unique vegetation and nicely shaded spaces around the property. With rental of our entire property/estate, you get private use and access to our expansive 5.7-acre property, 5 villas, and 2 casitas. You also have full access to our exclusive amenities, perfect for large group gatherings!

ACCOMMODATIONS:
- Our charming Tanque Verde vacation retreat is ideal for large groups and can comfortably accommodate up to 35 guests (40 with sleeper sofas and trundles).
- Small events are allowed, please coordinate with host. (See additional information below)
- All villas include:
- Generous living spaces, dining areas, and fully equipped kitchens for preparing meals.
- Complimentary coffee, sugar and tea provided for easy mornings!
- Fully enclosed individual backyards/patios, Dog-friendly. With BBQ grills, propane provided.
- All Villas & Casitas have A/C & heat.
- Sleeping Arrangements: Multiple villas and casitas featuring a total of 16 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms. Complete with comfortable bedding, towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips and cotton balls.

- Event Spaces: Events are allowed and the Solana property, which offers ample outdoor space for gatherings, picnics, and activities. Event fee may apply depending on event type, tables, chairs and catering kitchen also available at an additional charge.

- Recreation: Enjoy park-like settings, relaxing in hammocks, a game of lawn chess, or an iconic southwestern game of horseshoes.
- Fire Pit & Historic Fireplace: Perfect for evening gatherings under the stars.
- Pickleball / Basketball court: We supply pickleball paddles and balls, as well as basketballs. So come ready to play!
- Heated Outdoor Pool: Whether you're looking for some great family time, soaking up the beautiful sunny weather in Tucson or needing to cool off enjoy swimming in or large heated resort style pool.

- RULES: When considering our space for a gathering or event, please note our policies below.
- Due to our outdoor event space and noise ordinances no DJ’s are permitted. Acoustic music such as harpist, guitarist, vocalist, etc. and silent disco systems are permitted. We have some great contacts, please request a vendor list after booking. We also have small speakers in our event center for soft background noise.
- You’re allowed to bring in catering or food trucks.
- End of event must be no later than 8pm and all non registered guests must leave by 9pm.
- Must use a licensed bartender if serving alcohol.
