Summary:

Welcome to our jungle-themed retreat! This place is top-notch with 5 bedrooms that can host 18 guests comfortably across 2700 sq ft. Hang out in either living room, the climate controlled garage game room, or step outside to the backyard featuring an outdoor patio set, fire pit, and a BBQ. There are 5 TVs so everyone can kick back with their favorite shows or movies. You will be 10 minutes from the Meridian Village and 20 minutes to Downtown Boise. It's the perfect setup for a large crew—welcome to the jungle!



The Space:

Bedroom configuration:



Bedroom 1: Master suite, King bed, 1 TV - upstairs

Bedroom 2: King bed- upstairs, 1 TV

Bedroom 3: Queen bedroom - downstairs, 1 TV

Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds - upstairs

Bedroom 5: 2 queen over queen bunk beds (4 beds total) - upstairs



All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The backyard is newly landscaped with furniture, fire pit, and a BBQ. Both the upstairs and downstairs living spaces have TVs as well. Every bedroom has blackout curtains for your comfort and sleeping needs.



Garage has a mini split for A/C & Heating



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the house minus a few locked closets. The garage will be used as a game room, not for parking.



The Neighborhood:

This neighborhood is brand new!

HOUSE RULES:

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and respect for our neighbors, please review and follow the rules below:



NO SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $250 fee, plus any additional costs for cleaning or damage.



QUIET HOURS (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Outdoor noise must be significantly reduced after 10 PM. Failure to do so will result in removal from the home.



PARKING:

A maximum of 5 cars is allowed. You may park 3 in our driveway and an additional 2 on the street in front of our house. No trailers allowed. Additional car parking will need to be on the street away from homes.



GUEST POLICY:

Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No unauthorized or undisclosed guests allowed without prior permission. Any additional guests will incur a fee of $25 per person.



**Once a stay begins, it cannot be shortened. We may extend based on requests/availability.



**If there is excessive damage or uncleanliness of the home upon check out we reserve the right to charge additional fees.
