Great, quiet location, excellent amenities. Condo kitchen could be stocked better, 1 glass wine glass! Constantly had to jiggle toilets to stop running. View from lanai overlooked water and golf course.

Good access, good views. A comfortable place to stay.

The property works well for us. Our only concern was the pre-existing carpet stains. We were concerned that somehow after the fact, we might be blamed for these stains.

Great getaway

The condo was just as described in the listing. The only problem we had is the master bathroom door could not be closed. This should be repaired. Otherwise perfect vacation.

Condo stay

Complex nice, pool great. Condo needed upgrades , carpet stained , mattresses not comfortable. Stove broke and was replaced next day as Management dealt with it promptly. It was inconvenient to our meals we had planned. Unit next to us seemed to have a high turnover , smoking pot and noisy

Nice but needs some updating

Bathrooms need to be repainted/ updated , no towel hooks, 1 tv remote for 2 tvs , too many emails with conflicting info, no shower soap and 1 very weak blow dryer in master- none in 2nd bath.

Family vacation

The property was clean and close to downtown Naples. Positive- 1. Beach chairs and umbrellas were included 2. Kitchen was fully equipped 3. Air conditioning worked well Couple items to address: 1. Patio door is hard to open 2. Outlet not working in master bathroom where blow dryer is 3. Blinds in master bedroom need repair

Mostly good

Supposed to have 2 parking passes. Had only 1. But it didn't matter. Had 2 pool key cards, but only one worked. Second bedroom had double size bed...too small for two adults. Master bed mattress was old and noisy. One set of towels per person is not enough. living area cramped. Television small We had a maintenance issue, and it was solved in 1 hour-great! location great! service great.

Regarding the parking passes, they are currently not required in the community, which was communicated when inquired about. As for the pool key cards, they can be easily activated at the front desk of Green Links, but unfortunately, we were not informed of the issue during your stay, so we were unable to assist you at the time. For towels, the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Additionally, extra towels can be requested through your guest portal as an additional service. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration for future improvements. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide an even better experience.

Too much cost for mediocre place

I have never been disappointed with a VRBO rental until this one. We paid an very high rate for a mediocre place. For the price one would expect a nice place. Instead it was worn, small, with dated appliances and many items in need of improvement The blind in the front bedroom could not be lifted to let in natural light, no bar soap in bathrooms, cooling system couldn't be lowered more than a few degrees at a time or the system would freeze, the TV volume control didn't work and had to be adjusted at the TV, the sofa was worn, only 3 adults could sit comfortably to watch TV, the pocket door between the master bath and bedroom wouldn't close and master bedroom mattress had dips and rolls in it.

For a better vacation value, try to avoid a stay during SUPER PEAK SEASON. For the best rates in Naples, FL, visit us anytime between Easter and Christmas for substantial savings. Rates are determined by supply and demand. We don't bar soap but we do provide liquid soap at every bathroom and kitchen sink. All AC systems can freeze up when you lower the temperature to fast - it's basic science. We will check out the pocket door between master bathroom and bedroom to see if it can be repaired. We will also inspect the mattress.

Emailed about needing toilet fixed in the morning, got a quick reply,and repair was completed that day. Close shopping and restaurants. Would choose Lely again.

Family vacation

Nice place. The place I originally rented ended up not being available. I was switched to a different condo which I was given an inaccurate description and pictures of. The list of items that I was told were included at the condo was also inaccurate.

We are sorry there was some confusion. In our 12 years of managing vacation rentals we have never had a double booking. When you are speaking of the original placed you rented, I believe you are referring to something booked with a totally different party. The descriptions and pictures are depicted accurately on our website and HomeAway. These days there are many choices in vacation rentals. Perhaps this guest was confusing our listing with the listing of another person.

Everything was great. Clean and organized. The best part was not having to waste any food because they donate to a local charity! Only issue was that the key card failed to open the door prior to 10am, which would have been disastrous if we hadn't planned as well as we did. Also, the check in directions need to be more clear about which resort we were staying in. We tried to get into the Signature club to start. Eventually we figured it out but slightly more specific direction would be helpful. Overall, the stay was great. The pool was perfect!

Actually check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 10am. there is no key card. Instead there is a combo keypad where each guest enters a unique code good from 3pm on the day of check-in to 10am on the day of check-out. Our office is open 7 days per week should guests have any trouble finding their rental or accessing the property. There is a directional sign sending you into Greenlinks. Occassionally people miss it and try entering by the Signature Club which also has their entrance off the same traffic circle. Next time you come it will be easier to find. The pool also underwent a terrific rennovation recently.

golf getaway

Condo was perfect and comfortable, short walk to the pool and hot tub for relaxing after golf, a lot of options for playing golf and for eating out, FYI Grouper & chips was wonderful, the only complaint I had was Naples and Marco beach access was a joke, no parking at all. otherwise, I would definitely stay there again,

Overall we are glad you enjoyed your stay. You visited during one of the busiest times of the year. To get parking at the beach you have to go early or go late in the afternoon. Or better yet, come back after Easter when it is generally less crowded. The good news is that Naples can be enjoyed many times of the year other than the peak months where everyone and their brother is looking for a break from the cold winter weather.

The location was very pretty, had minor issues but was quickly resolved by maintenance and the manager of the resort came by to show us where a reset button was which was very good customer service! We would come back again 😊

Outstanding.

The AC went out our first night. Paola, the maintenance manager was able to have a service technician get it going for the night and relocated us to another unit the next day. The service and communication was outstanding. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Clean, spacious stay.

My family stayed for 4 nights. The condo was clean, and beds were comfortable. The supplies provided were the perfect amount (dish detergent, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, toilet paper and paper towels) and my son was rather excited about the complimentary microwave popcorn! The lanai was a little small for 6 people but it was still nice and private. The community pool was clean and refreshing.

Review of Greenlinks unit 925

We enjoyed a very nice stay. We followed protocol and sent pictures of minor things that we noticed from prior stays like a few stains on the carpet, the furnace filter needing changed, and the coffee pot was not in an appealing condition. I went a bought my own for our stay. The view and condo itself was great. I would recommend it for future stays.
