Relax, Kick Back and Experience New Orleans Culture at Lilly D's Loft!! Located in the Historic Vibrant Treme Neighborhood just 2 blocks away in walking distance to French Quarters and World Famous Bourbon St.

****Lily D''s is currently going through a decor change at the property which includes furnishing and decor. We have upgraded our queen bedroom to a king bed for you convenience. We will update pictures as soon as decor change is complete. ****


The Entire House was built in the early 1900's has been fully restored retaining its Architectural design. The Loft features a 2BR / 1BA, Fully equipped kitchen w/ Stainless Steel Appliances and tranquil private courtyard. The loft a open floorplan with beautiful custom skylights throughout for natural light. Sophisticated New Orleans themed artwork and live plants featured in every room. Relax on the over-sized porch equipped with vintage Rocking Chairs as Jazz second lines pass the front Door.

The spacious private Master Bedroom features a King Bed, 40'" SMART TV. Master Bedroom has a private back staircase exiting into the private courtyard. The open concept loft area doubles as a Living / Bedroom area featuring Sofa w/ottoman and TV. There is a 4 top dinning table for your convenience at the entrance to the loft.

Located across the street from historic St. Augustine church ,one of the oldest landmarks in New Orleans, a must see on the visitors list

Wonderful Stay

My daughter and I had a lovely time at this property. We especially appreciated its close proximity to all the NOLA action and our ability to walk everywhere and feel really safe! Would absolutely stay again :)

The Best Place to Stay in New Orleans

Penelope and Eric are experts in hospitality, we stayed in Lily Ds Loft and it was cozy and comfortable. It’s very close to everything fun in New Orleans. The property managers are easy to communicate with and they are very welcoming. The house was clean and we cannot wait to come back! We highly recommend booking your stay here. Thanks again!

Best Nostaligia Visit

I grew up in New Orleans and returned for a wedding. I wanted a neighborhood and place that has all the charm of the city and also was quiet but close to everything. Breakfasts in the Quarter 5 minutes walk away, easy access to I-10 for trips to Metairie and Kenner, jazz and music on Frenchman St 15 min walk away. This charming place was exactly what I needed. Communication about the entrance could be better but was solved with a quick call. Linens on bed could be upgraded but the bed was big and comfy.

wonderful weekend trip to NOLA

we enjoyed our visit at lily d’s very much and would not hesitate to stay again. there was a small hiccup at check-in as i didn’t have the correct address but penelope was quick to answer and provide me the correct information. thank you! the property is easily accessible to all points of interest. we never felt unsafe or uneasy even walking back in the wee hours of the morning. 24 hour gas station / convenience store on the corner was certainly a plus. the space is cozy, well appointed and very clean. we had no issues, but please be mindful that the toilet area is quite tight if anyone in your party js a larger person.

Nice loft in a great location.

I can't say enough about the great location. Quiet neighborhood about a 10 - 15 minute walk from most points of interest in the french quarter. A 24hr gas station a couple blocks down that serves great fried chicken when you're headed back at 4am drunk and hungry. My only gripe would be toilet area is very tight between the shower wall and the vanity, especially for big guys like myself. All in all, the wife and I enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location!

My wife and loved the loft and the charming neighborhood! We were in town for a football game and most everything we wanted to do was within in walking distance - the stadium, Bourbon Street, French Quarter, Cafe Du Monde - but far enough away to not feel overwhelmed by the crowds. We had one request which Penelope took care of immediately. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Penelope!

A Perfect Stay in the Quiet of the Quarter/Tremé

I stayed here for 12 days during Jazz Fest, and it was absolutely perfect. The location is ideal—close to everything I needed, and still tucked away enough to feel peaceful after long days at the festival. The space was clean, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home.Eric and Penelope were an exceptional hosts—responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, offering local restaurant recommendations, making sure I had everything I needed (including helping me find a blanket when I needed some weight over me), and checking in with just the right balance of presence and privacy.If you’re looking for a place that embodies the warmth and charm of New Orleans with the reliability of a truly attentive host, this is it. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. I’m already telling my friends about this rental and their attached properties. They are all beautiful and authentic.

The space itself was stunning—thoughtfully designed, clean, and full of charm. It truly felt like a home away from home and made our New Orleans experience unforgettable. The location was ideal—just a short, scenic walk into the French Quarter, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. What really set this stay apart was the management. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, with thoughtful touches and quick, helpful communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!
