The living area flows seamlessly onto a screened lanai with a triple slider, offering breathtaking water views perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests.

* Rental Agreement: A simple rental agreement is required to be signed for your stay.
* Guest Registration: To ensure your security and resort access, a quick one-time registration at the manager's office is required. * Fishing: If you plan to fish from the docks, a Florida fishing license is required.

Marco Island is all the best parts of the Jersey Shore with warm weather all year! Lot's a great bars and restaurants to immerse yourself into island life. The beaches are amazing, the people are even better!
We love walking to Snook Innor Boardroom Tavern for a great drink!
As soon as we drive over the Jolly Bridge we feel like we have just entered paradise.
