LIVING SPACE:
The great room features large windows providing maximum mountain views, an open floor plan with hardwood floors, and a corner stone clad gas fireplace! Relax in the spacious living room equipped with a large comfortable sectional and a 55" Smart TV - ready to stream Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and many more streaming apps to choose from! The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and a large island making meal prep a breeze. The open staircase leads to a walkout basement that is equally impressive with 9-foot ceilings, so it certainly doesn't feel like a basement! A second Living Room can be found downstairs with another comfortable sectional, Smart TV, and DVD Player with an extensive collection of movies to choose from. A full sized washer and dryer are available as well for your convenience.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1: The main level Master Bedroom suite offers a comfortable King Bed, Smart TV, with an ensuite bathroom offering a walk in shower and soaking tub!
Bedroom 2: Downstairs you will find a second King Bed with Smart TV.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom contains two cozy Queen Beds, also located downstairs.
Bedroom 4: The final bedroom is located downstairs and has two Twin Beds.
We also provide a Pack-N-Play for our smallest of travelers!

OUTDOOR LIVING:
There are stunning Pikes Peak & rock formation views from the east facing windows & the Sangre DeCristo views from the south side! Enjoy the crisp mountain air on the deck watching the sun rise over America's Mountain, complete with lounging chairs and a propane firepit to roast marshmallows – also perfect for evening gatherings under the stars! Head into the converted two-car garage and challenge your friends or family to one of the many games we have to offer. From Ping Pong, to Shuffleboard, to Foosball or Shooting Hoops - there is something for everyone to enjoy!

- We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels!
- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
