Joliment décoré dans des tons de sable! Beachy condo une chambre en bord de mer situé au deuxième étage. Peut accueillir quatre confortablement. Nouveau canapé-lit queen mai 2017! Balcon privé avec vue sur l'oc��an. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle. TV avec lecteur DVD dans le salon et TV dans la chambre. Restez gentil et cool pendant que vous dormez avec de nouveaux ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon et la chambre! Nouveau plancher dans le salon et la chambre et les plafonds fraîchement peints mai 2017! Accès à la plage / quai de p��che / piscine communautaire / installations de blanchisserie complexes. 490 pieds carrés Sea Cabin Community Internet sans fil disponible sans frais. Linge de maison inclus. NE PAS FUMER. Pas d'animaux de compagnie.

Nice location, fairly clean, well equipped. BUT, it needs a lot of TLC. You have to lunge against the front door to get it open, a lot of places looked like they are rotten, (especially in the closets), the biggest thing was the smell, the musty smell was strong.

Has a great shower with good water pressure. Loved the barstools and the balcony seating. They also need to leave instructions for the operation of the TVs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience was great; easy to book, check in/out. The room it’s self was good but needed some repairs. The doorknob on the inside of the shutter door was broken and just had a metal piece sticking out, the fold out couch was stained and the bed part was vey hard to pull in/out and the balcony floor was soft underneath the carpeting. We loved staying her minus those few things. We loved the private beach, pier and pool access.

Reviewer Comments: unit was great and so was view. 2 things that we noticed were- sliding glass door was very difficult to open and bathtub drain was extremely slow.We were not happy about only 1 parking pass. we traveled from 2 different locations. not good.would definitely stay in the unit again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed there for years but this unit..found a huge bug walking in! The bathroom plugins hairdryer and flat iron kept falling out and lighting was very lacking and paint coming off mirrow. The TV was terrible you could not operate it to get local abc cbs nbc and there were no instructions how to operate it. Put on in that people can operate.

Weekend Getaway

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Island Reality was great with communication. I always feel comfortable renting from them. Kylie in the office went the extra mile to take care of us.The unit itself was very clean but a bit tired. The owners need to update the coffee maker (rusty) and the kitchen items as they were well used.The location of the unit was just at the top of the stairs to it was and easy in and out. Be sure to bring a sleeping mask as the outdoor lights are very bright even with the shades.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THis Is ok for a quick stay if not much else is available. This unit needs new furniture on balcony and a new sleeper sofá. Toilet runs. This unit is tired and a bit musty but has a nice view. Hot water tub turn on needs repair. It actually can sleep 6. I have stayed in other units I prefer.

Shower curtain rod very rusty and shower curtains need replacing. Also the “mattress” on the sleeper sofa was a disgrace. Had to sleep in an. S shape to avoid the pokes and dips. Hope to come back next year. Maybe a different sofa bed? Thank you.

The dishwasher didn't work and the coffee pot was dated but it did make coffee. Everything else worked fine!
