My family and had a nice relaxing time. Everything was provided in the house as well as it being a nice calm quiet area. Very happy with the cleanliness.Thank you
Very clean and comfortable, right in town, , tight alleyway entrance. We rode SxS wheelers right from the property and had a great time. Will do it again.
My son and I recently took a trip up to Bingham, Maine to enjoy an end of summer UTV riding trip, the trail system is massive, and a lot of fun.The rental house was a perfect location to stay, use as a base camp, with easy access to the trails. The house itself was great! Everything was super clean, updated, easy to use. You can tell there was genuine interest with how the house was set up, paying attention to the details, even the little things. If our travels take us up to the area again, which is likely, we will definitely look to stay here again.
We loved this place! Perfect for ATVing. Worked well for our special needs son. We rode during the day and enjoyed the back de ck and camp fire in the evening. Highly recommend. Sam was very responsive and helpful.
Property is beautiful and clean. This is a great location for accessibility for things to do in the area! We went white water rafting and hiking in Houston Falls. Also super close to ATV trails and Boat launch. I'll be bringing my kayak back with us next time! Thanks again for our accomodations.
Comfortable beds, extra bedding, nice looking home, cooking pots and pans (like a cast iron griddle 3), beautiful night sky right outside, and great parking for easy unpacking and packing. There was a hot wheel track and kids books. My 2 year old was thrilled. The host was great, friendly. The dam nearby was really cool. We went to some local trails. Houston Brook Falls was cool. Bring bug spray. Baked local salmon and watched YouTube. Went to the DEW Haven zoo. That was cool. A lot if monkies and other cool animals, nonforprofit family owned too! Then we drove down to Ogunquit for a an evening on the beach. Parked at the footbridge public area. We didn't want to leave! I'm including some pictures from our outings. Thanks for sharing your property Sam!
Finding the house took some scouting. The Alley was not marked. Once we got to the house. we were surprised how quiet it was. Loved the hardwood floors. Only More dishes would have been nice. Place settings for 4 when we had 5.
We rented this house to go snowmobiling in the area.
Our host was AMAZING from start to finish. Folks you cannot beat the location and quality For the price. This house was absolutely perfect for my wife and 2 grandsons and I. We had a 2 bedroom full kitchen quiet neighborhood. Close to everything for an amazing price.Well worth the money will go back. Ty Sir:)
This spot was just as advertised. Clean, great grill, and close to all the rafting outfitters in the area. If youre coming for that purpose, I'd definitely recommend!
We needed a place central to some section hiking of the AT, some in the party were hiking and others were support team. The house worked out great! Only 1 hour drive to first trailhead (near Sugarloaf Resort) and there is a lot to do in the Carrabasset valley for the non hikers. Enjoyed small hikes, waterfalls, museums, etc around Kingfield, Station, Rangely and Phillips. Next parts were south end of Flagstaff lake and then Caratunk area. Lots to do in those areas as well. House was well organized, lots of dishes, cups, pans and small appliances. Washer/dryer was perfect for laundry in between section hikes. Beds are very comfortable as well. The grocery store Jimmy's had everything we needed and the restaurant Patrick's was very yummy! Also recommended Kennebec River Brewery just 20 minutes north. The host was quick to respond to any questions or needs. Definitely recommend this place!
