Rey, one of your hosts, is a talented photographer who has traveled extensively across the world. Ask him for his favorite hidden photo spots in the area. During your stay, you can even book a session with him directly. Rey specializes in surprise proposals, engagements, families, and couples photography, turning your special moments into images you'll keep forever. As a sought-after photographer, his calendar fills up quickly. We recommend reaching out before your stay to check availability and secure your session.

Please note that this is a two-story home and stairs are required to move between the main living areas. Bedroom 1, the game room, laundry, and a full bathroom are all accessible on the lower level for guests with mobility considerations.

We reserve the right to ask for your ID at any time during your stay to verify that the guest identity matches the VRBO profile.

We do not allow you to host gatherings or events in our residence. No additional guests allowed. Only the guest(s) on the VRBO reservation are allowed at our property. No extra guests. No exceptions. Violation of house rules (including parties, noise complaints, or unauthorized guests) may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund at host discretion and subject to VRBO policies.

>> ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES <<
Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. When leaving the unit, please close and lock the windows, lock the sliding doors, and lock the front door with smart keypad. Close the gate as you check out.

>> PARKING <<
Guests are required to disclose the total number of vehicles before arrival. Commercial vehicles are strictly prohibited unless prior authorization has been granted. One parking space is available on a gravel pad directly next to The Brownie's basketball court. Do not park on the carport/basketball court or on the grass. Three additional parking spaces are available at the detached garage.

For the comfort of all guests, smoking/vaping or e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 50 ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee of $500 to deep clean the property. Smoking is allowed near the wooden swing.

>> PETS—DOGS ONLY <<
We are happy to host families with up to two dogs. Unfortunately we are unable to allow cats due to host allergies. We require that all dogs have outgrown the puppy stage, are fully vaccinated, and housebroken. We do not accept puppies. A dog bed and bowls are available for their comfort. Please be respectful and pick up after your pets. We have a fully fenced yard on 3/4 of an acre. Ensure the gate is closed completely for the safety of your dogs.

We have folks that help us maintain the property. If your stay falls on certain days of the week, you may see these service providers:

Respect our neighbors and maintain a noise-conscious atmosphere after 10 pm. Guests should move inside the house. Violation of house rules (including noise complaints) may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund at host discretion and subject to VRBO policies.

As you step inside, kindly remove your shoes to help maintain the pristine condition of our home. We appreciate your care!

>> INTERNET ROUTER MUST STAY PLUGGED IN <<
For the safety of guests, the internet router must stay plugged in at all times, barring a service interruption where the router needs to be reset. If we determine with our internet service provider that a guest has unplugged the router, penalties will apply, which may include a fee and/or the immediate termination of your reservation without refund.

We are surrounded by mature Douglas fir trees with cedars, maples, and others. This invites a lot of wonderful wildlife, like deer, rabbit, birds, and squirrels. It also brings some not-so-welcome visitors, such as spiders. Please keep in mind that they do make their way inside the house, especially during "spider season" in the fall and spring.

We store our RV on the property. During the summer, there may be occasions when you'll see us hooking up or returning from a trip. We will always give you advance notice before coming onto the property. Please park only in the designated areas so we can easily access the RV when needed.
