Nouveaux comptoirs en granit et nouvelles armoires! Salle à manger pour huit. Le salon dispose d'un mobilier confortable, d'une t��l��vision �� cran plat avec lecteur DVD et d'un accès au balcon. La chambre principale offre un lit King, salle de bain privée complète avec baignoire et douche de plain-pied, TV avec magn��toscope et lecteur DVD, et un accès direct au balcon. La première chambre offre 2 lits jumeaux et une t��l��vision et partage une salle de bain complète avec le hall. Bright Lights

We had a great time and enjoyed the property but the 2 bedrooms on the front of the unit need black out curtains or shades. The lights on the landing and the walkway are so bright, we could not sleep. It was daylight in our room all night.

Great Location on beach

Reviewer Comments: Island Realty is great to work with and we love the location of Condo.A couple of suggestions about Condo, it could use new living room furniture for us older people getting up and down from couch. 2nd suggestion is to make instruction sheets for each TV. We spend hours getting them going each time. This last time we had to reconnect every connection on one TV. The kitchen is awesome. The location is perfect! Thanks for allowing us to use this condo on our vacations. We are frequent renters.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our flight came in early so we had to wait at the Dingy, luckily we were able to get in earlier than expected. Make sure you ask for early checkin. The girl at the front desk was able to check with housekeeping to see if our condo was ready and it was. We were on the 1st floor with good views however we were directly over the pool,luckily this time of year the pool wasn't used much. The beach is beautiful. The views of sunrise and sunset are amazing. IOPizza across the street has excellent pizza! Highly recommend it. We did need to uber into Charleston for sightseeing but if you're ok to have a quiet relaxing week away at the beach this is your place. Excellent girls trip!

July vacation

One of the nicer rentals we have had in our years of traveling. First floor is very convenient with personal stairs to beach and pool, unlike 2nd & 3rd floors.

Island Realty very good...Rental unit not so great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location at but Unit 107 at 1140 Ocean Blvd needs a serious overhaul. Basics such as dishwasher, oven and dryer all suffer from age issues. Overall the unit is charming but these equipment shortcomings creat a less than satisfactory rental. Updating is mandatory if this is to become an asset to Island Realty.For our December stay the broken ( not to be used) elevator didn’t help. Having outlined the unit issues we still need to say that the island Realty maintenance staff were outstanding in their responses and help. Our rental representative was also helpful and understanding which we very much appreciate.We love this Isle of Palms location. We’ve appreciated our multiple rentals from Island Realty. Unfortunately this unit fell more than a bit short.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time returning to IOP this year, in the same unit we stayed in last year. Overall, great stay. Three items that need to be addressed: 1. The shower drain in the front left bedroom doesn't drain ( it had issues last year too) 2. The dishwasher doesn't close well, and doesn't always clean the dishes ( same issues as last year) 3. The vacuum cleaner in the unit doesn't have good suction.

The unit was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Being right on the ocean and overlooking the pool and beach was awesome. Island realty was absolutely great to deal with. We had an issue with our dryer and they were quick to get someone in fix it. I highly recommend Island Realty.

Great location, last Island Realty rental for us

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location. The unit is spacious and laid out nicely to accommodate guests and extra dinner visitors. The living room furniture is sturdy and comfortable. Sadly the unit is not otherwise in great shape. The twin beds and the queen bed are very uncomfortable. There was a hole in the wall of the island. The master bathtub was dirty. Numerous lightbulbs were burned out or missing. Every air conditioner vent had swollen and peeling sheet rock surrounding them and many were riddled with pink or black mold which caused a few of us to experience allergy symptoms. The master bedroom carpet was damp either from last minute cleaning or a flood situation. The dryer took several cycles to dry a small load of wash. For the amount of money we paid for a holiday weekend we are beyond disappointed and after many years of renting from Island Realty will likely shift to Air B and B next trip up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were very happy has 1st timers to Isle of Palm. A few of the appliances in the rental didn't work/work well and we had to call maintenance, as well as the shower not draining. That said, maintenance was great at being quick and efficient. The pool was pretty cloudy/dirty for about half of our stay, but the beach was amazing!
