Nouveaux comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et tous les bains! Grand salon, salle Ă  manger et coin cuisine avec accĂšs terrasse directe Ă  partir de la salle de sĂ©jour. Profitez Ă©galement d'un accĂšs direct Ă  la terrasse en bord de mer de la grande suite parentale. Master propose un lit King size, TV et salle de bain privĂ©e complĂšte w / douche walk-in et baignoire jardin. Thought everything was great, it would be even better if one of the two coffee machines and half of the toaster would work,the doors would lock ,and we were provided with more bath towels.

Good and Not So Good

Too many breakable nick nacks for young children and white slip covers on very large furniture.Older visitors will need grab bars in bathrooms, and toilet tissue nearly impossible to reach when toilet is in use. Queen bed is so high this 76-year-old could hardly get in the bed. Finally after spending over $5k to rent the place for a week, I had to spend $10 to buy two batteries for one of the TV remote controls that had no batteries. In general, too much large furniture in the unit. Good: very quiet and adequate hvac. Nice appliances. Great view of the ocean.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo/Perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo, one of the best places that we have stayed.Very spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to everything we like. The beach was not crowded on the week days but the weekend was a little tight. Kitchen was well supplied with basic utensils, basically everything you need is there. The drawer with silverware in it is hard to open and close! We had a problem with the kitchen sink backing up when we ran the dishwasher. It leaked all over the floor but 1 call to the office and they sent someone to fix it. Our SIL sat in one of the chairs at the outside table and nearly hit the ground. It was very rusted and unsafe. The maintenance guy took it when he fixed the sink so we were short a chair all week. They need to update the family room TV. It’s way too small. They should put that one in the bedroom with twin beds since it doesn’t have one!All in all nice stay for us. We definitely will be back!

It left us having to walk down from the third floor on multiple occasions. This made for a less than desirable experience. I would suggest you do some serious maintenance or replace the elevator!!

Beautiful, comfortable furnishings and a great location that offers walkability to restaurants, all while being OCEANFRONT! Very clean. The entire complex looks updated and very well maintained, including the lovely landscaping and spotless pool.

Great Unit. Killer Location!

A few interior doors did not latch properly but nothing major. Management was very easy to work with.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have vacationed 8 times so far this year and always rented! Aruba Florida Califirnia etc this was by far the cleanest gorgeous unit I have stayed in so far! The view was amazing! We had a car so the short drive to Charleston is nothing! Super convenient I try not to revisit many places but this is a must! By the way I randomly found this place ❀
