Dear Guest, as from June 20, 2016, the Government of Malta is introducing an Environmental Contribution. All revenue generated from this initiative will be used to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands.

Those older than 18 years of age are required to pay an Environmental Contribution amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for holidays in Malta and Gozo. The contribution must be paid separately on arrival to your booked property and is not included in the property rate charged.

An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

Checkins are done by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

We take care to ensure each guest is provided with a fresh set of shower towels, face towels, and bed linen. During the winter months, guests are supplied with duvets and duvet covers for added comfort.

The cleaning fee covers a comprehensive service, including cleaning, restocking, providing fresh bed linen and towels. This ensures that guests are welcomed into a clean and well-prepared apartment, complete with fresh bed linen and towels, as well as stocked amenities.

For added convenience, guests have the option to book additional cleaning services, request fresh bed linen and towels, and arrange for garbage collection and restocking of the apartment during their stay. These additional services come with an associated cleaning fee. This flexibility allows guests to customize their stay based on their preferences and needs, ensuring a comfortable and tailored experience.
