Disponible au Luxury Beach Rentals, cette suite au 7ème étage est en bord de mer et offre des vues spectaculaires sur l'Atlantique bleu. La chambre principale bénéficie d'une vue fascinante sur l'océan avec un lit king-size, une grande télévision à écran plat et une entrée privée sur le balcon principal. La grande salle de bain principale offre des comptoirs en granit, doubles lavabos, planchers de tuiles, un grand jacuzzi, douche à l'italienne séparée et grand walk-in. La deuxième chambre a un ensemble de deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent être convertis en un roi et la troisième chambre avec deux lits doubles ainsi que deux autres salles de bains pour compléter ce condo pour le voyage parfait à la plage. Avec son salon qui offre un canapé-lit, TV à écran plat, laveuse et sécheuse, et la cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit, ce condo crée un grand et spacieux séjour pour vous et vos invités.

Le complexe est situé au coeur du Grand Strand dans une partie de la plage très familiale. Le Cypress Room est un restaurant primé qui sert le petit-déjeuner et le dîner tous les jours. Des options pour le déjeuner sont disponibles dans le patio et au bar de la piscine pendant les mois d'été. Les activités sur place incluent le complexe aquatique intérieur et extérieur qui comprend une rivière lente, trois piscines, des spas, une pataugeoire pour enfants et des formations rocheuses donnant sur la plage ainsi qu'un centre de remise en forme et une pelouse de bronzage..

This is our 2nd time staying in this room, but 1st time with VRBO. So much easier with VRBO. There is not one thing we would change during our stay. It was absolutely the best!!!!

A perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Close to many restaurants, groceries and shopping. The balcony view is spectacular. The unit has anything you may need. The only thing that I would suggest is a luggage dolly as the hotel doesn’t loan theirs to the non-hotel guests. A few easy trips and the fast elevators make it pretty easy to load and unload. We will definitely stay again in the future. Roomy, nicely decorated and perfect for a family or 3 couples.

Beautiful 3 bedroom spacious oceanfront condo decorated with a coastal vibe. The condo had all the comforts of home from a fully eqipped kitchen (with a Keurig) to children's board games and cards, a washer & dryer, as well as comfortable beds and furnishings. The resort was situated in a nice residential area and was very clean. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The pools were the cleanest we have ever seen in Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed lots of pool/hot tub time. We were in close proximity to many activities including Broadway at the Beach, Top Golf, Sky Zone Trampoline Park, mini golf which were all within 5-7 minutes. There were also many good restaurants close by including Drift (we highly recommended this one). Overall, it was the perfect 3 day getaway for our group of 7 which included 2 families.

The kitchen wasn’t The room had a musty smell the whole time we were there. The color on the tv was very bad. It needs to replaced. The condo community was very nice. Overall we were impressed.

Everything worked! The elevators were quick and we felt completely care free to do the things we wanted. Our concern was that there were not enough handicapped parking spaces. This did not take away from our enjoyment, but it would have made parking a little less stressful.

Quiet beach trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit was well appointed, including the little "extras" such as rocking chairs on the balcony and sand toys for the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (we are a large group of extended family) especially the location of the property on the north end of Myrtle, still close to all the attractions but much calmer and more relaxing than down on the Strip. Our only issue with the property was related to dealings with the resort itself (not the property management company I rented from, they were phenomenal). When checking in we were allowed to use a luggage cart by leaving a drivers licence at the front desk (not a problem), upon checkout we were flatly refused and told "the owners you rented from should have provided a cart in the room, we don't loan carts out unless you booked through us". I asked if a person could accompany the cart and we would tip them, no luck, I asked if we could come down and leave a drivers license again, no luck. Finally after explaining to them the cart was for two older ladies (one of which was recently post op), they relented and sent someone up with one cart. When he arrived he was very helpful and professional and we were loaded up and down to the cars in no time! Overall we were very happy with our stay and would not allow one minor issue with the resort to prevent us from recommending this wonderful unit.

Beach was great not crowded at all, the only complaint I really had was there was no luggage dolly's available so you have to make several trips unloading your stuff and hauling it to your room.

I will definitely be back. Island Vista is located away from everything, so there is no traffic and the beach and pool are never crowded. The restaurant in the lobby serves an excellent breakfast. This is the nicest place I have ever stayed in Myrtle Beach.

The condo was wonderful. Very clean, very spacious and very nicely decorated. It had a very comfortable and homey feel to it. The three bathrooms were a big plus. Everyone had their own space. Waking up every morning and going out on the patio to soak up the sunshine and beautiful weather was amazing. The pools and grounds were fantastic. Parking ramp was a little tight sometimes, but worth it for all the rest of the amenities. Myrtle Beach surprised us with just how much there is to see and do. The kids were never bored. My personal favorite was the boardwalk. This was our first time doing a vacation rental. It won't be our last. I would strongly recommend this condo to anyone, whether it be couples sharing a vacation or an entire family. It is the perfect set-up. It takes your vacation to a whole new level. You won't regret it.

A Perfect Place to Relax

When we upgraded to the 3 bedroom/bath we couldn't have been happier.Of course there was a price increase but it was still reasonable with off season pricing.Everything was immaculate and decorating choices and furnishings were upscale.Very quiet and spacious.Perhaps the nicest place we've ever stayed.Only suggestion would be to heat the pools through Oct.

I begin my search and see this porperty is available! I quickly call and that is when the experience began. I received a call back in less that 12 hours, and I have a beach front rental for my family happening in less than 3 weeks! We had a memorable time and enjoyed every minute of our stay! EVERYTHING was as describe!

Waking up to the sound of the surf and a beautiful sunrise every morning is addicting. The condo was exactly as depicted on the website and we totally enjoyed our time there. While in Myrtle Beach we enjoyed many fresh seafood restaurants, long walks on the endless beach, and a number of golf courses ... truly a golfing meca!
