The house was very clean, love the pet area in the back yard, it was spot on for us. The only thing I did not like was the walk to the beach, it was too far, for my elderly mother.

Feels like a house/home. Outside needs some updating but being that close to the beach more than made up for it. I do wish they would spray for ants 🐜 in the yard but for the most, it was one of our better vacations

Perfectly non-spectacular vacation house

The house is great provided one doesn't have luxury expectations my family of five (kids aged 6, 4 and 1) fit snugly into a house that was perfectly functional and with easy beach access away from busy palm boulevard There were many ants in the driveway but it was not a big deal The outdoor shower is in the backyard and it would help if there were direct access to the house without walking over sand/dirt

Nostalgia with this 4 week stay (except was delayed 5 days by hurricane Debby). Yard could use some work, but good to have fence in back yard for dog walking. Lots of small ants in front yard. Thanks for this time on IOP.

Back yard was great for dogs but would recommend better access instead of walking on roots, good ankle breaker. Possibly make new access through grill area. Walk to beach was great with two easy accesses. Cost was high for what actual accommodations, needs some slight improvements.
