Cozy 4-bedroom house in Destin in quiet neighborhood w/Golf cart & pool access

We are a Superhost on another booking site with 5 star reviews This family friendly 4 bedroom house is centrally located in the heart of Destin in the Crystal Beach area. It is just a quick golf cart ride to 3 different beach access point. It is half a mile to Tarpon Beach Trail Access and less than a mile to Crystal Beach or James Lee Beach Access at Crab Trap, which both include free golf cart parking and public restrooms. We are located near the front entrance of the Sunsail neighborhood and a few houses away from the community pool. Golf Carts can be driven along Scenic Gulf Highway and may cross highway 98 to get to the restaurants and shops at Destin Commons.
- We can accommodate up to 3 vehicles in our driveway/garage. The sidewalk can't be blocked.
- Our home can accommodate up to 10 guests. We provide 10 beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, boogie boards, and sand toys for easy travel.
- Community pool access is available seasonally during your stay except from November 1st-March 30th. The Living room includes a 55 inch TV, Queen sleeper sofa, and family board games. All bedrooms include a 42 inch TV. The master includes a King size bed with full bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 include a Queen bed with a bathroom next door. The 4th bedroom includes a queen daybed with trundle. We also have a dedicated workspace in one of the bedrooms with a desk and chair.

Weights, jump rope, and yoga mat are provided for your exercise needs. Our neighborhood offers sidewalks for walking/ running/ biking as well as a beautiful view along Scenic Gulf Drive. Our community pool is an easy stroll or golf cart ride down the street.

The Kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Keurig and regular coffee pot, Blender, Crockpot, Cooking essentials for small and large meals, and 4 barstools.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evenings in our relaxing Florida Room. We have outside games for the family!

The community pool is a few doors down and available for our guests. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in our driveway/ in the garage. This home also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for you to use during your stay.

GOLF CART- A 6 seater golf cart is available for you to use during your stay. You may use this on any roads that have a speed limit under 25 mph. This will allow you access to the beach, Destin Commons which includes shopping, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment (including bowling and a movie theater). You can also access several restaurants via golf cart without crossing over Highway 98 including our favorite Ice Cream in Destin, Bruster’s and our favorite Mexican, Pepito’s.

Upon booking, we will send you a rental agreement for the golf cart and will need you to provide a valid drivers license and insurance card. You must be 21 or older to drive our golf cart.

Please note that we only provide a starter pack of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods. We do allow non-shedding dogs only.
