Welcome to your Avon Lake getaway â a spacious, stylish retreat sitting directly on the shores of Lake Erie! With breathtaking views, thoughtful amenities, and plenty of room for everyone, this home is designed for relaxation, connection, and unforgettable sunsets.
Main Level
Step inside to the cozy hearth room, complete with a gas fireplace and comfy seating â the perfect place to unwind with your morning coffee. The dining room seats six, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook up your favorites, plus bar seating for three for easy conversation.
The family room is the showstopper â vaulted wood-shiplap ceilings, a second gas fireplace, and panoramic lake views through large windows. A Smart TV and plenty of seating make it ideal for movie nights or watching the waves roll in. Step through the door to the back deck and enjoy the fresh lake air.
Just off the kitchen, a sliding glass door leads to the enclosed sunroom, featuring comfortable seating, a treadmill, and a telescope for those sparkling Erie night skies.
(Please note: the gas grill must be used outside and away from any structures.)

Master Suite (Main Level): King bed, walk-in closet, gorgeous lake views, and a luxurious en-suite with dual sinks, a massive walk-in shower, and heated floors.
Bedroom 2: King bed + desk for remote work.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed + desk and lake views, perfect for catching up on emails between adventures.
Hall Bath: Full bath with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): Queen bed with access to the third full bath featuring a walk-in shower.

Head downstairs to a finished basement offering another cozy living area with a Smart TV, plus a small workout space with free weights and a stability ball. The laundry area includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Outdoors
Outside, youâll find unobstructed lake views that stretch for miles. Head down the stairs to discover a storage area stocked with kayaks, life jackets, a paddleboard, and more â everything you need for lakeside fun! The three-car garage includes bicycles youâre welcome to use during your stay.

Excessive noise may result in a fine due to past neighbor complaints.

No smoking inside the house â fine for violation
Smoking outside is allowed
Strictly Prohibited :
Underage drinking or drug use
Parties or large gatherings
Unauthorized guests
No mini waste:
Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.
We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
Grill Use:
If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if neededâbut donât worry, just send us the receipt and weâll reimburse you!
If itâs a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!
Pets:
Max 2 dogs: with charge
Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional charge
Undisclosed pets may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You may also be held responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused.
