Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and 1-2 parking spaces in the driveway. Parking is dependent on the size of your vehicles and the amount of snow next to the driveway.

Near biking and hiking trails, including Gambel Oak Trail, this gem lets you easily make use of the area's many outdoor recreation offerings. Getting Around:

This home’s incredible location places you within walking distance from the restaurants and shopping on Historic Park City Main Street, and Old Town. The Park City Town Lift on lower Main Street, with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort, is conveniently located less than a mile away. You are also just minutes from the Sunspot bus stop and the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE, as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resort's opening and closing dates.



Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have central A/C. A window unit A/C and portable fans are available in the summer.



The hot tub is serviced every Monday between 10am-2pm. The hot tub vendor does require access to the home, but will knock before entering.



This house is located on a hill overlooking Main Street, so bring good walking shoes for the walk into town.
