Welcome to your newly renovated retreat in downtown Wisconsin Dells! It provides 4 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Bunk Beds) and 1 bathroom on the main floor and another bathroom and a game room in the basement(6'4"), perfect for accommodating friends, family, or corporate getaways. Located just a 10-minute walk or a few minutes by car from vibrant dining, shopping, entertainment, and sports venues, you'll have the best of the Dells at your fingertips while enjoying the peace of a quiet neighborhood.

Three exterior security cameras are installed: one monitors the backyard, one covers the driveway/parking area, and one monitors the side entrance. All cameras are outside only for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, and guest privacy is respected.

We loved our stay at the Dells. This property was very convenient to the downtown area as many others have stated. The house itself has a pleasant modern feel on the inside with bidets in the bathrooms. Can't go wrong with that! The kids loved all the games downstairs and we all got in on the ping-pong for sure. Excellent communication with the host which always makes for a positive experience.

Fethi's house had lots of fun stuff for everyone. We enjoyed playing ping pong, air hockey and the karaoke microphones were fun too. The firepit is nice and tons of room for a group. Make sure you to read the guest book...it cracked us up. We loved the fancy toilets too. Would definitely stay again.

It was perfect size for my group. But we had to buy all of the condiments and they only had 3 trash bags. The dishes we had to use were dirty. And the lawn was way overgrown. But other than that it’s was a good size house for a weekend getaway.

Hi, I'm glad you enjoyed the house and that it was a good fit for your group. Regarding the condiments, Wisconsin regulations do not allow us to provide open containers of food items. For that reason, we only offer single-use K-Cups, sugar, sweetener, and creamer. I do provide additional trash bags, which are stored in the kitchen drawers. I apologize if they were not easy to find. I'm also sorry to hear about the dishes and lawn condition. I wish you had responded to my first-day check-in message, as I would have been happy to address those concerns during your stay. Thank you for your feedback. I will use it to continue improving the guest experience.

We have chosen to stay at this location several times now. The cleanliness, decor and comfortability speak for itself. It literally feels like a home away from home. The owner has been wonderful with communication and checking in to ensure we have a great stay! 100% recommend!

Our stay at this home was really nice. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Kids used the games downstairs so it was nice there was some entertainment for them. Host communicated well. We had zero issues!

House is walkable to downtown and there is a Kwik Trip really close, which was quite convenient. Communication with the host was excellent. Instructions for check in and out were easy and timely. They checked with us during our stay to make sure everything was good!

We adults thoroughly enjoyed the game tables downstairs... The only drawback, though bathrooms are well equipped, the 2nd bathroom is down steep stairs. Otherwise we all were pleased with the accommodations.

Great Place!

Clean, new, cozy and quiet. We very much appreciated our stay. The home was cozy but had plenty of space for the 4 of us! The toilet is super fancy and we felt a bit like royalty :)

The house was great for a group of 7 women! Loved being able to hang out at the big island in the kitchen and comfortable furniture in the open family room. Beds were comfortable too. Everything was clean. The best part of renting this place for us was the walking distance to bars/restaurants and walking paths along the water, proximity to Quik Trip was nice too for morning coffee if you’re not a Keurig fan. Would rent the same place next time we come to the Dells.

We had a great stay and would stay here again in the future. Fethi was very responsive and wanted to ensure we had everything we needed. Just a quick drive or walk to the downtown area with tons of activities.

Fun nice house about a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive from Wizards Quest area inn the main strip in the dells. Fun gaming in the basement- parts of the basement were very low under 6 feet, but the main play areas i was OK (I'm 6'4"). Upstairs was very roomy and the beds were comfortable for everyone. The host was wonderful and truly went the extra mile. Things happen, but how people respond means everything, and this was a total win for effort. The wifi access point failed and we did some basic troubleshooting and it wouldn't keep working. He called up the internet company and troubleshoot for a couple hours until almost midnight for us until it became obvious what the issue was. I work in IT so was ok to keep working with him remotely on this, I'm used to it from my job but we could have easily picked it up the next day if i wasn't ready to be up late. The hardware needed replacing from the internet company and would take time to ship it, so he offered a decent refund back as compensation, which was perfect. With all the extra entertainment and most of the family being wiped out from adventuring and swimming each day plus all the offline entertainment event the tweens didn't complain. 100% recommend for integrity.

My family and I had a great vacation. Choosing to celebrate my daughter's birthday over Thanksgiving. The house is very modern yet cozy. State of the art toilets!..With heated seating made for a comfortable & memorable experience. The only downside is.. we had to leave 2 days early due to beating a snow storm. Didn't want to be stranded. But we'd love to stay here again if we're ever back in the area. 10 out of 10 & would highly recommend!

WI Dells Trip

The place was comfortable and clean. There is a lot of space for parking which is nice when you have 7 vehicles. The location is great with walking to the strip taking about 10min. There is a 24-7 Kwik Trip gas station that is 50 yards away, and is basically a grocery store which is super convenient.
