Thanks for staying with us, Mark! We're glad you enjoyed this beautiful home. The owners did not buy a pack-n-play so it may have been left behind by a guest. Pool towels are not provided by the owner. There are lots of bath towels in the home as well as a washer & dryer with provided laundry detergent so it's an easy issue to work around. We hope you used the clubhouse pool during your stay. We'd be happy to have you back any time!

For future reference, we do provide a space heater for added comfort downstairs. We're glad you enjoyed the ample blankets! Please note, our home is only a quick 8-10 minutes drive from downtown Park City. This community offers spacious homes with added comfort, making the extra few minutes worth it. Thank you for staying with us! We're sorry to hear of your struggle with the Wi-Fi and would have been happy to look into this during your stay. The owner recently updated speeds and other guests have had great connectivity. We'll certainly troubleshoot and get to the bottom of the issue. The space is open and bright with comfortable beds, a private hot tub and so much more to make this a perfect choice for a Park City getway.

Thank you for staying at our Retreat 1113 home! The home clearly advertises the parking situation so it is understood prior to reserving. Most communities will not allow street parking in the winter due to snow plow access. An ice maker is not advertised at this home. We are sorry to hear the drain was running slow. Maintenance items can certainly arise from time to time. As our staff also wanted to enjoy Thanksgiving with their families, we were available for emergencies only on the Thanksgiving holiday itself. We were, however, readily available and willing to assist with any other maintenance items on the other days of the stay. Thanks again for staying.
