The property is a bit dated. However, the pool, restaurant and oceanfront amenities were very nice.

We enjoyed the ocean front experience, the pool and the dining. The resort offered live music daily; and the restaurant's food was excellent and fairly priced.

Perfect Stay

The property was clean and staff was friendly. When we asked for clean towels I had them in 5 minutes. Pool area was clean and service at the tiki bar was great. Resort was within walking distant to several restaurants/bars. Most had nightly entertainment. Beach was beautiful. We are already planning our next stay.

We had a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation. We planned on spending a relaxing week at the beach, didnot rent a car, and walked everywhere! The employees at rhe resort were great, food and beverages were tasty and reasonable and the room, pool, and resort were very clean. Lisa at the Tiki Hut went above and beyond! It was a great week!

Winter Getaway

We stayed at Palm Beach Shores for 1 week. Amenities were great, very clean, and the spa treatments were also great. Thought the umbrellas and beach chairs on beach should have been complimentary as the pool area gets very crowded. Overall great week.

Charming property at a great location

The resort is charming, not too big, relatively quiet. it is conveniently located right on the beach on one side, and adjacent to a small plaza that has everything you might need during a vacation. The restaurant on the property is pretty good, definitely not upscale, but solid 3.5-4 star. The pool is very clean and meticulously maintained; I especially loved the music choice at the pool (but that's subjective :-) Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property and would highly recommend it for mature people (40+) who enjoy peace and quiet away from the college students crowd.

Nice place

Location is great. Pool and hot tub were good. Room was clean but the kitchen was substandard. There were only 2 burners and they didn’t get very hot. I was able to cook eggs once but not easily, had to microwave them. I wanted to cook pasta but couldn’t. Also shower head needed replacement and hot water took too long to come up. Staff was good and on site restaurant was good.

Spring break 2025

Overall, we liked this resort and would stay again. Our only reason for a four star was sleeping accommodations. As a couple, we were given a room with two double beds. Not queens, doubles. Who even does double beds anymore. That made for uncomfortable sleeping conditions, which was frustrating. The mattresses weren’t very good either. The rest of the accommodations were fine. Pool area and Tiki bar were great, as well as the beach.

Great Getaway

Had a very nice stay in December in a second floor unit. One of the positives was the clean towels every day, as well as getting a room clean service half way through our stay - nice option. Bed was comfy, kitchen worked for what we needed, and having a little extra space rather than a typical hotel room was perfect for us. People couldn't have been any nicer, and the beach location was top notch - and the pool was great as well. Minor things - The workout area was small and sparse, and once you got 4-5 people in the room it was crowded. The balcony for the bedroom and living area were a nice touch, but if you are on the second floor, there is a solid half wall (not metal rods like the rest of the floors) and with the height of the chairs/table on the balcony, you pretty much end up looking at that 1/2 wall unless you look up at the sky. A suggestion would be to have more bar height table/chairs to allow those staying to enjoy the pool/ocean view. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, nice place. Right on a very nice beach. Staff was very friendly. Unit was a bit dated, but clean. Our only issue was the bed. We were expecting a king, unit has two small doubles. Not very comfortable. Other than that, worked just fine. Good restaurant on site, but get a car. There are a couple of restaurants walking distance, but the best restaurants are in Palm Beach and West Palm, which are about a 10 minute drive. The demographics of the guests is 60+, so if you are looking to have a relaxing quiet stay, great spot. If you are looking for more activity, look more into Palm Beach or head farther south - Singer Island is very quiet. Enjoyed our week.

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry there was a mix-up. I had no knowledge of this until reading your review. I had booked you into a unit with a King Bed and it seems that the front desk had mistakenly provided you with the wrong unit. Mistakes can happen on a rare occasion. However, this could have easily been fixed immediately by contacting me (or the front desk). You would have been provided with keys to the correct unit as shown in the pictures with a king size bed. I hope this review can help future traveler's know that if there are any issues, they can be immediately addressed by contacting myself or the resort's front desk (open 24 hours a day). Please accept my sincere apologies that this happened.

Nice property & overall value

The staff & property were nice. Very reasonable restaurant prices ($4 kids meal!) & good food at both on site restaurants, my filet was delectable. Restaurant has live music nightly. Good view from the balcony of the pool, tiki bar, and ocean. Live music played daily poolside. Fresh towels brought in daily & trash emptied daily. You can walk to several other restaurants nearby. Sailfish Marina has a great restaurant, gift shop & on some evenings artist set up & sell jewelry, art etc. Sunset 🌅 is nice from Sailfish Marina. Also there is a snorkeling trail at the nearby Phil Foster Park. One downside, we had noisy rowdy children next door we could hear easily that woke us up way too early. Also caged birds in the garden area by the pool courtyard squawked annoyingly early in the morning. We would stay here again as long as we have the nice view.

i was given a second floor unit that was jammed up in back of the cabana bar..i could hardly see the pool and could only hear the ocean. the unit had COCKROACHES..big ones ... the mattress was broken down ..it was so bad when you laid on the right side of the bed you literally rolled out of the bed. the elevators were hopelessly slow. for the price i paid i was quite disappointed

Overall Great Experience

The check in process was good. Our room was ready on time. The valet service worked very well. The pool, grounds, bars & restaurant were all clean and service was excellent. I loved that we could walk to a variety of additional restaurants which were close to the property. Our room had a pool/ocean view as I had requested. I didn't have any serious complaints, but just wanted to note a couple of suggestions. The hallways had an odd smell that you may want to address (Reminded me of a nursing home smell) But thank goodness that odor was not a problem in the room. Room smelled just fine. My other suggestion would be to update the rooms and maybe some fresh paint. They were exceptionally clean, but very dated. Overall our experience was pleasant and we will consider coming back again next year for Cardinals Spring Training.

Wonderful Resort

My stay at this property was as expected, excellent! I am familiar with the resort, as I have stayed here in the past. My niece and I shared the rooms and had a wonderful time enjoying the resort and the ocean. Tons of things to do within walking distance and plenty of choices for dining. Nice property

The location of this property is perfect to be able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The room was average and needed to be updated. Furniture in sitting room was not very comfortable and chairs on balcony were broken. The on site restaurant was very good for lunch and supper. Breakfast wasn't as good as lunch and supper. Staff was excellent and very polite.

Week stay

Resort was okay and we had everything we needed. We stayed on the Northside of resort overlooking the park next door. We watched about 8-10 homeless people who live in the park all week. There was alcohol and drugs being used so I would caution travelers to be aware. They approached us for money one time. The resort had everything we needed. We were glad to get pool chairs one day but we got out to pool at 7:30 in the morning. Watched a man throw a fit when he didn't return to his chairs within the 30 minute time limit so he lost his chairs, they are very strict on the 30 minute time. Staff was all terrific but I felt the added required tip to all services and meals promoted less than top notch serve by wait staff.

Good stay

The resort met our family of 3 adults needs for the week. Microwave/convection oven was a nice surprise. Quiet and clean although some areas were dated. Would definitely stay again.
