Magnifique 2 chambres face à l'océan - Très propre et mis à jour - Excellent Resort

Ceci est un beau condo à une très belle propriété de villégiature avec beaucoup d'activités et de commodités. Le condo est très propre et bien entretenu. Cette nouvelle mise à jour condo de deux chambres a deux salles de bains et une cuisine complète. Le condo peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. Laveuse et sécheuse sont à l'intérieur du condo. Il y a une télévision dans chaque chambre et le salon. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une baignoire jacuzzi. Pour les familles avec bébés et enfants en bas âge, des berceaux et des chaises hautes peuvent être fournis gratuitement (sur demande).

La propriété est située dans le centre de Cocoa Beach. Il y a un supermarché à un demi-mile et beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. L'emplacement idéal Cocoa Beach vous rapproche au Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach Pier, et moins d'une heure de Orlando, FL.

La propriété dispose d'une grande piscine extérieure chauffée, bain à remous, sauna, Tiki Bar, centre de fitness, restaurant sur place, Tennis, Basket-ball, piscine volley-ball, Shuffle Board, ping-pong, une salle de jeux, billard, une salle de cinéma, un barbecue salon, parking gratuit, et Internet sans fil. Les étages 3 à 7 ont une excellente vue. Le 2e étage a une vue limitée en raison d'une dune de sable avec des palmiers et des raisins de mer qui limitent ou gênent la visibilité sur l'océan. Si vous ne voulez pas le 2e étage, vous pouvez demander un étage élevé à votre arrivée. Great Family Vacation

The Resort on Cocoa Beach is an excellent place for a family vacation. There are many things to do for adults and children of all ages. The property management company we worked with, Rialto Vacations, was great. They communicated throughout the process and were quick to respond when I had any questions. They are very professional.

Great Vacation

We had a great time at the resort. The staff is very friendly and the condo had everything we needed. Location was perfect for everything aound Cocoa beach. We enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach. Place could use some updates, but would recommend.

Wonderful Stay

The beach front view was beautiful! Accommodations were excellent and were fully stocked with necessities. Double balcony was a prime spot for hanging out and enjoying the view. Pool was smaller than expected but clean and refreshing.

Amazing location!

This was our first visit to Cocoa Beach and wow, this resort did not disappoint and has enticed us to return on future visits. The host kept up communication, the condo was very clean with essential items included and the check in process was seamless. The entire staff was very friendly and was always willing to help us when needed. The activities and amenities were great and I highly recommend for anyone to stay here. We can’t wait to go back.

Great space. lovely area to stay and relax

my teenage sons enjoys the cornhole/bag toss, and being so near the beach. beautiful views off of the balcony. Well stocked kitchen. Clean. We stayed over Christmas and plenty places to eat close by, quick car trip. we visited Kennedy space center, and drove over to Orlando. would recommend and stay again.

Resort was perfect for our family. Activities for all ages!

We did the beach (daily), pool (daily), basketball, pool volleyball, movie theater, comedy show, arcade. I loved the wrist bands!! No losing the room key! The ease of the towels was great! Everything was clean! Great walkway to the beach and great shower off area! Great tiki bar at the pool…very nice staff!! We hope to go back!!

Loved it!!!

This condo was perfect for our stay in Florida! It was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The view from our balcony was beautiful, and being able to walk to the beach directly from the condo was so convenient and exactly what we were looking for. The kids had fun swimming in the pool and playing the games the staff had scheduled when we needed a break from the ocean. We would definitely consider staying here again next time we go back to Florida!

Beachside of facility and access to the beach could use some work. There is not direct beach access the pool is on the highway side of the property not the beachside

Thank you for the review. I honestly don't understand the comments about beach access and the pool location. The building has direct beach access and the pool is nowhere near the highway. In regards to direct beach access, were you referring to the sand dune which separates the building from the actual beach? To elaborate, every single beachfront building in Cocoa Beach has a sand dune in front of it. When you exit this property, there's a short path through the sand dune to a private beach for this building only. Regarding the pool, it is quite a distance away from A1A which I wouldn't consider as a highway. You cannot see A1A or hear A1A from pool. A more accurate way to describe the pool's location is "the opposite side of the building from the beach" or you can say it is on the "west side" of the building. It's really nowhere near A1A or any highway.

Beautiful and fun beach resort

Our room was clean and well kept and stocked and spacious for our family of 6. The balcony is big. The pool is very nice and it’s kept warm. The tiki bar is a lot of fun out by the pool. The beach is our favorite part and it’s very nice out in front of the resort. The lobby is beautiful and there was always someone at the front desk if we needed them. The way you check out pool/beach towels and return them is wonderful. My only negative for this place is when the listing for the room says “beachfront” I expect to see the beach. If you are on the 2nd floor you will not see the beach. It’s “botanical” view. They assign the rooms based on first come first serve. We got lucky this year and at least got the 3rd floor which we could just see the ocean from the balcony. I just think this is deceiving to people who pay the same price and may not actually have an ocean view you think you’re paying for.

Thank you for your review. Guests who arrive late may receive a low floor. Guests are encouraged to arrive as early as 10 am to reserve a high floor. I do have some units that are designated on the 8th floor but only a couple of weeks during the year. Regarding the name "Ocean Front", the resort developer had named every unit facing the ocean an Ocean Front because at that time, the 2nd floor units had a view of the ocean. Since then, the sea grape trees within the sand dune have grown a lot and federal law protects the sand dune from being trimmed down. I can promise you that neither I nor the resort are trying to deceive anyone. If you read the description, you will see that it says units are provided on a first come first serve basis and the view from the second floor is limited and may be obstructed by the sand dune.

cANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK

The check in process was a bit of a problem. We were told 3 days prior to check in that it would be no problem out checking in early. We checked in on a Friday We arrived at the resort at 10:30 and did not get into our room til 2:30. We would not have booked an early flight if we knew this ahead of time. The agents at check in were very helpful and did their best to accommodate us. It was a matter of getting the unit cleaned. Out side of that, everything was PERFECT. We were on the 7th floor oceanfront. The view was unbelievable! The villa had everything we needed to either cook in or just to hang out. What made it even more enjoyable was all of the staff. They were very welcoming. This goes from the agents at checkin, security, Tiki Bar waitresses, the maids and also the gentlemen managing the beach chairs. We were there for 15 days and planning to go back next year. We have been to many resorts, and this was definetly close to the top of our list. I wish the resort had 3 bedrooms, vs the pullout couch. But does not stop us to come back.

Early access to the unit was not what was communicated, Pre-registration and check-in is what takes place early, starting at 9am, for floor and unit requests. If the unit is ready prior to 4pm, the property will certainly get you in earlier, which it seems they were able to by having the unit prepared for 230.

Beautiful view!

Our unit was spacious and clean. The view was spectacular and the walking distance to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The check in process on the other hand was a mess. You have to pay for the games in the game room. No where in the description of the property does it state this. Overall, it was a great stay! Just need a better check in process and be clear about the game room not being free as part of the stay.

This place is just the right size. Some places are so big it takes forever to get to things. We plan on coming back. They need to update the beds kind of hard and the pillows are flat.

AMAZING!!! Kids LOVED it!!!

Definitely will stay here again. This resort is very kid friendly. It was sooo nice to have the arcade and playroom during rest times from the beach. The pool was fun for the kids also when we needed a break from the sand and waves in the beach. Wonderful place to stay!!!

This is a beautiful property, we had a great stay.

The building itself was under renovation to make improvements to the lobby but they did a great job of minimizing the impact of that on guests. Our room was perfect and accommodated our large family well. I really appreciated having a full kitchen so we could have breakfast and lunch in the room and save our budget for dinners out. The beach is gorgeous and quiet which is a plus when you are with your kids. Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely come back!

The property was great. It was a 2 bedroom condo on the 5th floor with a beautiful ocean view.

I would definitely stay here again for this price. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful beach view from the balcony, the temperature dropped to the 50s while we were there which was a bummer because the beach looked amazing. Overall we loved it. However, Some of the front desk staff could be a little more polite. Most of them were great but some of the people I dealt with seemed bothered when I came up to them to ask a question. Overall it was a great experience!!
