The house was well supplied with all supplies that our multi generational group needed to cook every meal, from mixers to crockpots to sheet pans. There was plenty of room to spread out. We all enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful house with a gorgeous view!

This place is amazing! Views are spectacular. Beds were comfy and it had a great flow for our party of 13. Kitchen is very well stocked! Loved the garage/game room. It worked out well for when we need some quiet in the house as we had a 2 year old with us. Also the decks are all in closed no steps for an escape route for 2 year old. We had a wonderful time and we will be back again!

Perfect Black Hills Getaway

We gathered children, adult grandchildren, sibling, cousins and spouses. There was something for everyone. Perhaps the big draw is the hot tub, followed by ping pong and pool tables . A wonderfully furnished kitchen and gas grill provided most meals and we could venture out to a wonderful variety of Black Hills attractions. The area is breathtaking!

Thanksgiving family reunion

Absolutely beautiful home!! Beautifully decorated, comfortable space, well stocked kitchen with everything that you need to cook a big family meal. We had 13 adults staying and everyone had enough space. Only thing we needed that we didn’t have was a snow shovel. Thanks for sharing your home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The purpose of our stay was to enjoy the Hills during the fall with eight couples. The house is advertised to sleep thirty, this house is ideal if you have a large group with lots of kids that like to sleep in bunks. For adults, there are king and queen beds, but know every room has a full bunk over bunk, so that's how you can sleep so many. With that many people, you need to put mirrors in all of the bedrooms, you also need to add essentials in the bathrooms, like providing basic shampoo and conditioner, body wash, a lot more toilet paper, more essentials in the kitchen, like a crock pot, spices, garbage bags. If you don't want people to wear their shoes in the house, provide a much larger entry rug. Overall house is very spacious, good views.

We do have the bunk beds listed and specified as bunk beds on the listing, and there is a very well stocked kitchen at the prooperty. We would have been happy to drop off more TP and garbage bags if requested, but we do leave quite a lot of both for our guest's arrival. Thanks again!

We had an amazing time! Our group included 23 of us with 15 of our group being ages under 1 year to 18 years old. This home had plenty of space for all of us. We were able to easily cook meals together, enjoy the game area in the garage, play games at the large table in the dining area, and then we were able to go to our own rooms and not disturb eachother. We did lots of touristy things and our kids still say their favorite thing about our trip was the home we stayed at. Everything was clean, well stocked, and beautiful! The views from the multiple decks are amazing!

Reviewer Comments: After hours of research to find the perfect home for a family retreat with my 6 siblings and their spouses I decided to book the Patriot Paradise. It turned out to be the rockstar choice that was perfect for us. This home has so many wonderful spaces in which to gather (or to get away from each other). The garage/game room provided a perfect hangout spot when you needed a little space while the great room, dining room, and kitchen was perfectly suited for everyone to be together. 14 adults only scratched the surface of fully utilizing this home and the property could easily have handled an additional 10 or more children if we were at that stage of life.Though the home is new, it is very well equipped with everything necessary to prepare and serve full meals for your group. All furniture, furnishings, and finishes are of high quality.Though the home is on a cul-de-sac in a new community, we never saw another soul and could barely see one house from the deck. We heard elk bugling one evening and saw several deer wander past.Pick this home for your group getaway and you won't be disappointed.If members of your group have mobility issues, you should note there are only two bedrooms on the main floor.
