Escape to our 2-bedroom, 2-bath first-floor retreat at Barona Beach Resort, located on the quiet side of the resort. This charming unit offers comfort and convenience just steps from the pool, hot tub, private beach, and fitness centre. Enjoy easy access to local attractions, dining, and outdoor activities. Perfect for families or friends, this cozy getaway provides everything you need for a relaxing and memorable West Kelowna vacation.

Living Area:

The spacious living room features a comfortable pull out sofa bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace. Large windows and sliding glass doors open to a private patio, filling the room with natural light and offering stunning views of the surrounding greenery.

Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen boasts dark wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and modern stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The adjacent dining area features a stylish table with seating for six, perfect for family meals.

Bedrooms:

The master bedroom includes a plush king-size bed, ample storage, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, ideal for children or additional guests.There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room.

Bathrooms:

The unit has two full bathrooms, each with a bathtub/shower combination, granite countertops, and well-lit vanity mirrors.

Private Outdoor Living:

The private patio features a dining table and a BBQ grill, providing a perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxation while enjoying the serene views of the surrounding trees and garden.

Parking:

This unit comes with one underground parking spot. There is also an overflow free parking lot and also residential parking.

When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you`ll have everything you need during your stay. Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium foil, seran wrap, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent.

Guests have full access to the entire unit, as well as the private beach, gym, pool, and hot tub. You also have access to one underground parking stall. If your vehicle does not fit then you will need to park in the overflow parking lot or residential parking. This is first come, first serve.

Please note that I do not have control over the maintenance or closures of the common areas and amenity centre. The strata makes every effort to maintain these facilities to the highest standards, which may result in unexpected closures for maintenance.

The pool and hot tub are generally available from late May to early October. Unfortunately, I do not control the specific dates for their opening and closing.

Barona Beach is a peaceful neighborhood known for its beautiful natural surroundings and close-knit community. For dining, check out local favorites like Old Vines Restaurant and Quails` Gate Winery. The area also offers numerous hiking and biking trails for outdoor enthusiasts.

Listing Transit:

Easily accessible from Kelowna International Airport, the retreat is a short 30-minute drive. Public transportation options are available, but renting a car is recommended to explore the wider area conveniently. Parking is available on-site.

Pets are not permitted for short-term guests due to strata regulations. We appreciate your understanding as this is strictly enforced. Please note that any violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. Thank you for your cooperation.

Barona Beach is a 100% Smoke Free property (no tobacco,
cannabis or vaping products). This includes NO SMOKING in the units, on the balconies, or anywhere on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, with fines of $200 per incident. These fines are the responsibility of the guest in addition to any cleaning fee associated with infractions. Thanks in advance for abiding by this rule that makes it awesome for everyone at Barona!
