Great location!!!

This unit is located at a prime condominium site - perfect location and well taken care of. The unit could use some updating - fridge, washer/dryer and mattresses - but overall, we had an excellent week!

Spring Break Perfection

This place was perfect for 4 of us on our spring break trip. It was close to everything and parking was very easy. It was great to be able to walk right out on to the beach and enjoy the sunrise from the deck

Great place to stay!

We had a fantastic time at the beach. The condo had everything we needed, even a little wine fridge!! Management was responsive when I couldn’t figure out how to lock the door. The location was awesome - not a lot of people on the beach. The condo was clean. There are stairs getting to and from the beach. We’d brought a wagon to carry our gear but couldn’t use it. Overall it was a great place to stay!

The place was clean and the amenities were good. The refrigerator needs replacing. The mattress on the king could stand replacing as well.

Overall it was a great stay. Very well located. Beach wasn’t busy at all like it is further north but well located and close to restaurants and other shopping and activities - all within 10 minutes. We did feel like we battled with the AC and the thermostat. We never were too low but given no fans or other things in the place it would get really hot at night and we tried to out it at 68 to keep air blowing to find out within 30 min the thermostat would automatically bump it back into 72 or so. Just became frustrating. But that was a minimal frustration. It was a great place that we would pick again.

Wonderfully close to the ocean!

Can’t beat the location. The lift was helpful getting items to condo. View is great standing up on deck, seated you cannot see the water. Place is very spacious!!!

Can’t beat the location!!!

The Yachtsman location is perfect. It’s far enough away from the crowds that it feels like paradise and close enough to get anywhere quickly in Kill Devill Hills, Kitty Hawk, Nags Head and Manteo.We’ve stayed in several of the Yachtsman condos over the years because the overall property is well-maintained, on the beach and with a lovely pool. The beaches are beautiful and never crowded.This particular property was nice - the living room furniture and entertainment system were very nice. The beds were pretty comfortable but could use an upgrade. The oven and dishwasher were great but the fridge and dryer could use upgrades (I am worried about the lint remover in the dryer - it definitely needs looking after.)The unit has had some water damage in the front bedroom and there’s a residual smell that was prominent. (The door to the water tank closet in that room showed evidence of the damage.) But overall, the condo is clean and lovely.We had to contact the Vacasa management group about two things - the internet wasn’t working and the dryer knob was broken off when we arrived. They were extremely prompt and helpful. Both issues were resolved quickly.

Comfortable condo at quiet location

The condo was clean and in great condition. Very comfortable and plenty of room. Great location that was quiet and close to shopping and good restaurants.
