The space
Located just minutes from Ditto Landing with boat launches and beautiful walking/bike trails. You are minutes alway from South Huntsville and within a twenty mile radius that includes Redstone Arsenal, VBC/Propst Arena, Space and Rocket Center, University of Alabama at Huntsville, RTJ Hampton Cove and Monte Sano State park. Truly right in the middle of all of wonderful attractions and restaurants of Huntsville while feeling miles away in quiet, quaint Lacey’s Spring.

Floor to ceiling views of the Tennessee River from the living room of this non-smoking 2 bedroom/1 bath home. The open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room have everything you need to feel right at home. The living room has a queen pull-out sofa bed which is perfect for children. A 65 inch Samsung tv with Roku lets you add your streaming platforms during your stay. The kitchen is well equipped if you choose to cook dinner for you and your family/travel group.

The primary bedroom is decorated with a duck theme and located right off of the living room. Get a great night's rest on the king Serta mattress. There is plenty of closet space to put away your suitcase and make yourself at home. This room has a 40 inch wall mounted Roku tv. The windows have blackout curtains and blinds.

The bathroom includes a separate walk-in shower and a jetted tub. A full sized washer and dryer is located in a large closet in the bathroom area.

The blue bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with a Serta mattress and includes a 32 inch tv with Roku. Don't forget to bring passwords for your streaming platforms! This room also boasts a large window with a view of the river. Watching for barges at night with all their lights is a unique experience, but if you would rather have it dark and cozy there are blinds and blackout curtains for your use.

The backdoor has a doggie door for your furry companion. This pet door leads out to the front deck and the fenced backyard. The front deck has amazing views with dappled sunlight for early morning coffee, blazing sun for laying out midday, and complete shade for late afternoon cocktails.
Make smores and watch the fishermen race back to the marina in the evening. Enjoy the outdoor lights around the firepit/outdoor dining area as you wind down the night.

Guest access
Please make yourself at home. If you need direct water access for anything other than launching motorized watercraft, please reach out to us. Putting in a kayak or canoe, fishing, or swimming may be possible at our dock a short distance away.
