With this in mind, we installed top of the line windows to block out city noises, offer Bluetooth speakers to enjoy your favorite tunes, fans (because who doesnât enjoy white noise at night), and earplugs (in the night stand just in case).
This place is darling inside and incredibly clean! Probably the cleanest and cutest place I have rented in VRBO. Itâs central to the cute little down with lots of eateries and bars in walking distance. It has everything you need and the water in the fridge and Kureg were added bonuses. The host kept in good communication and made sure we had everything we needed would definitely recommend! Also a great price!
This very-clean apartment is super cute and in a great spot in downtown Dillon. The kitchen has everything you need and the big living room has plenty of comfy spots to sit. Highly recommended!
The Pheasant exceeded our expectations. The location was great, easily accessible and absolutely beautiful inside. If we make it back to Dillon we would sure to look to stay here again.
We were only in town for a couple days and it was pretty last minute, but we enjoyed our stay at the Pheasant. Amanda let us know we could check in early and that fit perfectly into our arrival. Everything you might need is there. We were expecting the music from the bar downstairs, so that didnât bother us. The bed was a little firm for our taste but I donât see that as a problem. We will likely be back.
Amanda has thought of everything for comfort for this lovely new/historic space. The bed is comfortable and thee living area is set up with comfy couches, a huge TV (which we didn't watch, but it's there), and pretty rugs spread throughout. She brought by some plug-in heaters when an early cold front hit, and they worked well to keep us comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to good places to eat. My only hesitation, in case this is an issue for some, is that on the weekends a bar below plays very loud music. Earplugs are provided, which is good. I would stay again, avoiding weekends. It's a very appealing space.
We were so pleased with little apartment which was so welcoming after a long day of sightseeing. It was equipped with everything we needed to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary in comfort. This was my third time to Dillion this month and was so glad I didn't have to stay in a run down hotel chain.
We live and work in Dillon full time. In fact, we live half a mile from The Pheasant and run the shop below, so be sure to pop in to say hello! If you need recommendations for dinner or activities, please reach out! We love to help.
The Pheasant is unique to Dillon in the fact that itâs not only 125 year old building but itâs been fully renovated and appointed with the finest furnishings.
