Enjoy epic mountain views while staying at this 3-bedroom, 3-bath, air-conditioned open-living area house located in Idyllwild. This awesome mid-century property with an international theme offers a view of Lily Rock and all the surrounding mountains. The home provides a tremendous amount of space, a steam room and a Jacuzzi for guests to relax and unwind. Two en-suite bedrooms include private bathrooms - one with a steam room. Two bathrooms have bathtubs/showers.

The downstairs master en-suite bedroom provides a king bed, a bathroom with steam sauna, and jacuzzi just outside, while two other bedrooms have queen beds, so everyone will have a welcoming place to rest and enjoy the amazing mountain views. Additionally, there is a fitness/game room with a queen bunk bed and a double futon sofa, along with Foosball, a gaming screen and an exercise area.

The kitchen is fully stocked and there are 3 deck seating areas for outdoor entertaining. Well-mannered dogs are welcome and there is a fully fenced (though mountainous) yard.

Loved our stay. Hosts were great. We had all the information we needed before our trip. Place is very nice, views are great. It is a steep drive up, need to be careful if there is snow.Very pet friendly, safety gate on stairs and fenced yard. Would definitely stay again, 7 of us stayed very comfortably.

Our stay was enjoyable for our family of 8. The hosts were helpful in answering our questions. The house was immaculate and we had everything we needed for the weekend. David came by to help us with the operation of the Jacuzzi, that our family enjoyed. The house is large, beautiful with multiple decks and amazing views. It's a short drive into town. We thank the hosts for the treats they left us for Valentine's Day.

Wonderful location

We had a very nice time at this location. It’s big enough for our party of 4, 2 couldn’t come at the last minute but even if all 6 of us had made it, would have enough room. It’s very close to town and restaurants and the views are beautiful from the deck.

Lovely retreat

Spa was non-operational; pilot light went out 3 times on the water heater; Wall oven is non-operational; TV & entertainment center was easy to use. Plenty of blankets to keep warm at night.

It’s unfortunate the Jacuzzi heater broke, and it has been repaired. A wind storm in the mountain caused the water heater pilot light and oven switch breaker to go out but both were fixed the next day and remain fine.

We had a fabulous Thanksgiving holiday in the mountains at this incredible Ridgetop retreat. We loved the views from the numerous decks, and the sunsets were truly spectacular. The sauna and hot tub were great! The grandkids loved the foosball table. We all loved hanging around the spacious living room and kitchen area. The weather was so nice that we were able to eat Thanksgiving dinner at the large dining table on the deck. We took a number of walks downtown and it was great exercise coming back up the hill. We hope we can return as this was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. The hosts were fabulous and quickly responded to any question or concern.

We loved our quiet, dog friendly getaway in Idyllwild! The owner was super responsive and clear with our arrival directions - beware of the steep drive when you get closer to the house, but those views are absolutely stunning (especially at sunset!). I enjoyed sitting out on huge the wrap around deck to take in the scenery. The house is very spacious and we all had plenty of room to spread out (4 adults, 2kids, 1 dog). The kids had fun staying in their downstairs game room / queen bunk bed. Lots of amenities (sauna, spa, treadmill) and we didn't even need them all! It was just what we needed for an escape in the mountains and we hope to return soon :)

peaceful and beautiful getaway

Five girlfriends met for a reunion/retreat. We so enjoyed the quiet, beautiful and peaceful setting. Kristin was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the sauna, shower steamroll, and hot tub, and appreciated the 15 minute walk into town. What a relaxing getaway!

Awesome family weekend!

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was spacious and the Jacuzzi and amazing Sunset views were bonuses. The neighborhood was very quiet. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive to any questions. The check-in and checkout was very easy.

Me and my Teenage boys Loved it

The location and the house are amazing and me and my 2 teenage boys had an amazing time. My boys even stayed off their phones and enjoyed the Sauna, Spa, weights, Fussball table and the Steam Shower. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful location

This stay was exactly what was needed. A short drive from home to get away from the busyness of our days. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene with plenty to do to relax and unwind. We took advantage of the jacuzzi and sauna, sat by the fireplace, and watched a couple of movies. There were plenty of beds and room for our entire party.

Nice and relaxing stay in the mountains

The property could comfortably fit our 7 adults and was easy to find, check into and check out of. Parking was a little challenging if you had more than 2 cars, but the host was able to provide an easy solution for our third vehicle. The jacuzzi and steam room were easy to use and really helped our group relax and enjoy the nature around us. We would definitely stay again next time we're in Idyllwild!

The house is beautiful and spacious. We rented the home for our daughter and her 6 year old twins. The weather was rainy but the views from the warm house and fantastic jacuzzi were perfect for the entire family. The house is close to town. Regal pine trees are everywhere. The home was magical. The hosts were amazing. The house was pre-heated for us and so cozy as well as elegant. My daughter left a charger for her computer and the host graciously mailed it back to us, above and beyond! It is difficult to fully describe the beauty of this home. You will not be disappointed! Thanks to our host for a wonderful stay

The house was cozy and felt very home-like with its style and furniture, which made for a comfortable stay. There was a small hiccup with the check-in information, and we weren’t able to get in until about two hours after check-in time, but once it was resolved everything went smoothly. The home itself was clean and in a nice, quiet area. It does get very bright in the mornings, and a few blinds were broken, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The binder provided inside the house was clear, detailed, and very helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay in Idyllwild
