Clean, equipped and responsive

The house itself and owner were wonderful. House was well equipped and had everything needed for a stay. We were in town for a baseball tournament and while the neighborhood was safe it was far from food options and any activities. The pool area was great! The owner was very responsive and while we didn't have any issues I feel confident the owner would have made sure everything was taken care of.

Family celebration of Life

We rented this unit for my sister-in-law celebration of life and used it as a base for my two children and three grandchildren. The unit was clean, well stocked, had an abundance of games (pool, pool table, ping pong, puzzles and board games ) for the family to enjoy. The beds were comfortable as was the unit The neighborhood felt safe, but was not quite as nice as I had hoped but still worked fine. I would recommend the unit and the property manager was quick to respond to our inquiries and questions

This stay was very disappointing and did not meet the expectations set by the listing or the price we paid.We never received any check-in instructions or an entry code prior to arrival and had to reach out to the host just to gain access to the property, which was stressful and inconvenient.Once inside, we immediately noticed serious cleanliness and preparation issues. There were multiple bugs in the kitchen and dining area, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. Many of the dishes were dirty, and the dishwasher had a strong mildew smell, so we had to hand wash all of the dishes ourselves before using them. There was heavy calcium buildup on the shower and sink fixtures, hair tangled in the washcloths in the master bathroom, and items left behind in the dryer. It was clear the home had not been properly cleaned or inspected before our arrival.We had to spend our own time cleaning before we could even settle in, which is not what you expect when paying for a property advertised as a luxury stay with a cleaning fee included.All of these concerns were brought to the host’s attention during our stay prior to leaving this review. While the host was responsive, the condition of the home significantly impacted our experience. The cleanliness and overall preparation did not match the premium price or the description of a luxurious stay.Future guests should be aware of these issues before booking.

Hello Kayla, none of this what brought to my attention but after the day you left the home, without you giving me the opportunity to fix issues, I clearly cannot fix them. You asked for the cleaning fee to be giving back to you or you would write a review, we all know how that turned out. Anyhow, my home is clear and packed with everything needed for a confortable stay. Have a great day 😊

All it promises and so much more!

this absolute gem is a must stay especially for anyone looking for a Family Getaway!we had a large group ranging from ages 40 plus to 6 years old and every single person loved it.it was spacious, clean and had so many amenities! it really was like having a home away from home.close to everything, rideshares only minutes away, and very affordable. we didn't have to wait for anything.The Host was an absolute dream! they were so responsive so helpful, we had a late check-in and the host was on the ball with everything. I never had to ask it was always anticipated!the game room kept the kids entertained, televisions for days when they wanted to relax had access to plenty of streaming sites.we celebrated Easter and had a large group and had plenty of room for everybody to breathe while still feeling like we were in our own kitchen.the pool! what can I even say! it was perfect refreshing beautiful clean, toys and for the kids and loungers for the adultsthe outdoor space was so relaxing I think we spent more time out there then we did inside.the whole Space was beautifully clean and sparkling, and the bathroom will literally blow your mind it is amazing. I wish I could have transported that shower back home with me!I will definitely be booking again anytime I need to go to the Fort Myers / Lehigh Acres area.five stars just isn't enough!
