Your home away from home in Las Vegas with 1 bedroom. This beautiful CASITA offers a terrific stay for guests. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a phenomenal night's sleep. You'll find everything you need in this lovely property, including a hair dryer, heating, washing machine, AC, and an iron. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and even a bathtub for a relaxing soak. Plus, there's an additional space in the form of a cozy living room with a sofa, (no WiFi available, coffee machine will not be in used during any stay) . We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Cozy private guest house

The property was located in a very quiet neighborhood. Parking was very convenient steps from the entrance and gated. The unit is perfect for a couple and very spacious as shown in the listing. Would definitely recommend the place and would stay again if available.

Brand new casita

Everything in the place was brand new and very nice. Huge walk in closet and very spacious living space. Bidet, bathtub, kitchen had all the newest features. There is a gate that requires a remote (which was given to me when I arrived) to open to get inside the property which I did not know about.

Wonderful Stay

The Host was very helpful and always quick to answer any question we had. The house was clean and cute. The bathroom was amazing. Bidet and the step in bath tub was unexpected, and a neat extra. Close to the Las Vegas strip and amenities you might need. I will use this rental again. Thank you!

We needed to book a rental as our home was having some work done to it. We contacted the host for access and got a response right away. First night, things started to go south and fast. Bedroom bath sink was leaking, we contacted the host, no response. The Kitchen faucet was loose, contacted the host, no response, No way to turn on television, Remote missing, contacted the host, received sub-par answer that "well it should be there". Dryer not working, contacted the host, no response. The Space is okay. the furniture is stained and not comfortable. I would not stay here again.

Overall the place was pretty run down. When I arrived and stepped out of my car I almost stepped on dog poop in the driveway. The bed was not made when I came in and the sheets were in a messy pile on a broken massage chair. I was not sure if the sheets were clean and had to wash them myself. The mattress was so dirty I chose to sleep on the couch, which also had a lot of stains. There were no smoke detectors which is a safety issue. There were no kitchen knives to actually prepare food. If it were not just me, but me and my family we would have chosen to change accomodations. I will not rent again from this host.

Great location, could use some TLC

Leslie’s home is in a quiet neighborhood that’s convenient to the strip. There are some nice amenities, especially the heated high-tech bidet! That said, there were some basic hygiene issues that need some attention. When we arrived, we didn’t see any towels. But there were two bath towels and one hand towel still in the dryer (not really enough for a whole family). We noticed right away the bathroom sink was leaking and had to use one of the towels to place on the floor. I also noticed the shower drain was full of hair. I asked the host about these things and unfortunately did not get a response.

Beautiful and quiet but large 1bedroom house on quiet neighborhood

Our stay here was phenomenal. The property manager was very helpful and communicated well. The photos of this place does no justice. It was absolutely breathtaking not to mention it was on a quiet neighborhood and it comes gated which makes me feel safe. The bidet was a huge bonus because it was heated and coming in from 40 degrees it was awesome. The Vrbo also came with washer and dryer so we were able to wash clothes before leaving/checking out making unpacking at home 10xs easier. I had no issues with uncleanliness as it was very clean when arriving. Just a suggestion, I think there should be another trash bin in the kitchen (maybe under the sink). Only one trash can in bathroom. My fiancé and I will definitely be back to this VRBO location soon!!!! Thank you Leslie

It's Las Vegas...

Overall we enjoyed our visit to the Las Vegas area. The property was very nice. It was located in a great neighborhood and was very convenient for our sightseeing in the area. There was easy access to a lot of different restaurants and stores within a short drive. The host was very responsive when contacted - for example when the internet TV connection was down the host reset it within a few minutes. On the other hand, there was a lot of communications required back and forth about the check in and check out processes which we've never encountered before with a VRBO stay. Everything worked out, but it has been much easier at our other VRBO rentals. Many of the amenities were very high-end for example the commode - which almost no one would ever comment on - had more electronics built-in than the NASA moon mission. Really cool that it opened, flushed, and closed it's self and the heated seat and night light were great features (we didn't touch the other buttons/options). Yet the commode, bathroom floor, and the shower had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were a lot of cleaning supplies available so we just cleaned them. It only took a few minutes and was easier than making a complaint, still cleaning should not be necessary in a vacation rental. It also seemed unusual that the only trash can was located in the bathroom (none in the kitchen) and there were no sharp kitchen knives for cutting anything - we made do.
