This is a two bedroom one bath property with vaulted ceilings and over 1500 sq ft of space
Patio has mountain views and a BBQ and dart board.
Quite cul-de-sac escape 20 minutes from the strip and 10 minutes from Nellis Air force Base.
Full kitchen, very big living room and dining room with a Pac Man machine. This property can comfortably fit 5 people and we are pet friendly. If you want to be in Las Vegas but away from the crowd this is the place to be. This property is extremely quite and very laid back.
This house is setup like a duplex so host lives next door but nothing is shared but the driveway.

Great spot!

I'm very happy with our stay! These kinds of things are alwahs hit and miss but we will definitely be back. Clean house, lots of space, great host and excellent price. It's a but far from the strip but well worth the 30 uber ride to be in a good neighborhood.

Very nice rental in quiet neighborhood

The rental was very nice and had plenty of space. I liked that it was close to downtown but away from the noise and crowds. Host was responsive and provided everything we needed.

Family Getaway

First time to do a rental property and thankfully we made the right choice. unko Kev's property is well maintained and very welcoming. It is a home award from home. Our pet Mac had a blast running in the backyard. Highly recommend this place for a family vacation!

Cozy, quiet, clean

Nice little cul de sac, quiet, backed up to a school yard. Listing is as advertised. About 35 min to the strip and 25 min back. Would recommend this rental!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was spacious for my family and exactly as the listing described. There was a great backdoor area where my kids could run around. It's conveniently located to nearby attractions with just a short drive. We would stay here again.

Quiet and Spacious

Kevin was a great host. The place was Spacious, Clean and in a Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle, bustle. It also had a nice backyard for our pets. I would recommend staying here.

Uncle Kev's Aloha Rules!!

this was our second time vacationing at uncle Kev's and it was better than ever!! this location is so ideal for me&my dogfriend! tucked nicely in a private cul-de-sac quiet peaceful surroundings surprise from the hustle&bustle of las vegas! with stores just around the corner conveniences are just minutes away!! the home was immaculate once again wonderful yard my dogfriend enjoyed just a fabulous time!! book it now you will be so happy!!!

Family visit

This is a nice, well maintained 2 bedroom house at the end of a cul de sac. It's a quiet neighborhood; it backs up against a school, but there still wasn't a lot of noise. The manager lives on the property in the converted garage, which was a bit unusual but not a problem.It's not that close to any casinos, probably a 20 to 25 minute drive, but that was one of the appeals of the property.

Overall a good stay

House was very clean and well put together. Well equipped as well. Only concern was that I was not alone. There seemed to be someone staying in garage. So never got the feeling that I was completely alone. Which I was lead believe is the VRBO does things. I wasn't bothered & don't believe anyone was inside while I was away, but there was always that thought.

We were there for 2 nights, with our two terriersNice house, at the end of a cul de sac, about 30 minutes from Luxor/Mandalay Bay area of strip.Quiet area, walked dogs around for about 30 minutes and we had no problems (no loose dogs or aggressive dogs menacing us from their yard). Parked car at end of driveway, not covered/garaged. Host appears to be renovating the garage. Pet Friendly backyard and host. Small back yard with artificial turf and dirt landscaped border, but big enough for 2 small dogs to run around and play ball. Yard backs up on a large elementary school playground, so there was a nice view out the patio/backyard. Most of the time the students were in the classrooms, and when they were at recess, they never came near the common block wall.House had 2 bedrooms with an extra bed tucked in a corner of the living room. Nice combo of tile and carpet (Part of living room carpeted, bedrooms carpeted). Kitchen was modern, seemed fully equipped. Host was very nice. He called to ask about our schedule because he having someone come over for the garage renovation, and was willing to delay until 11 a.m. the worker arriving. Even then, I barely noticed the worker was there.I would definitely return to Kev’s

Not the best experience

The host didnt mention they was staying on site, they said it was set up like a duplex it definitely was not they was living in the garage while we rented the house, only reason we figured it out was because we heard them talking on the phone, and they had the garage door boarded up then when we came back from the store the garage door was open and they was blasting music! they had it to where you couldnt adjust the temperature at all it was so damn hot in the house we couldnt sleep, they never said anything about a pet fee when we mentioned we had 3 dogs and she said "oh we have plenty of room for 3 dogs" so we just thought it was included in the payment for the stay the lady then called us was very rude and told us we lied to them and didnt say anything about our dogs then proceeded to charge us another 90 dollars for there pet fees, we felt VERY uncomfortable in the house after NOT being told they was there felt like they was watching us or something! The living room tv was messed up the color on the tv made it blue the whole time no matter how much you tried to adjust it, the beds where rock hard, the recliner love seat the left side was broken prior to us going there so it leaned hard to the left, they left hemroid cream laying out all over the bathroom counter, there was absolutely NO dishwasher soap at all absolutely not something i was expecting and not something I was comfortable with at all absolutely will not stay here ever again and DO NOT recommend it to anyone

Great Stay!

This house is great! Don't let the fact that house is slipt deferred you from booking property. The moment you arrive you notice house is located in a cul-de-sac with big driveway, house is spacious with large living room and more than enough space for a family. Not only that but it's pet friendly, our furr baby loved it as well. Thank you...Kev we will definitely book again!

My friend and I went to Vegas for my birthday. We chose Kevin's house because it looked cozy and had a nice patio to sit on. Well, Kevin's house didn't disappoint. It was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. There is an elementary school across the street, but that wasn't a problem. Kevin does live next door on the property, which was nice because he was there to greet us and say good bye. Otherwise, we didn't hear or see him. My friend and I also picked this house because we planned on staying in a lot watching movies and relaxing. We were able to watch all the streaming channels and caught up on our chick flicks. It was located close to markets and restaurants making it easy to get around when you're not from the area. I would definitely stay at Kevin's house again.

Peaceful paradise

Kevin is a super friendly host who responded quickly to my questions. The house was exactly what we needed for this vacation. Walls are painted with beautiful sunset colors. Beds are very comfortable. All the amenities that we needed. Backyard is perfect for enjoying the outdoors privately.

Fun spot for a vegas get away

Laid back property just a skip and hop away from the strip. quiet clean and the aloha vibe makes for a comfortable stay. We brought two dogs and it couldn’t have been a more perfect stay.
