Lovely Main Floor House located in Quiet Area

Located in a quiet neighbourhood in the west end of St. John's this 3 bedroom 2 bath main floor apartment is an excellent place to stay while visiting. Inside, the kitchen, dining and living room are traditionally laid out with distinct rooms. However, for those who prefer an open concept, the french doors between the living and dining room can be opened, creating a more spacious and connected ambiance. The house features large windows which fill the house with natural light.

The house offers easy accessibility with only a few steps located on the front of the house. There are no stairs inside of the house, making it ideal for individuals with mobility concerns (please note there are a few areas where there is differences in floor height).

The master bedroom is a large oasis complete with an ensuite featuring a clawfoot tub. The master bedroom also has features such as an electric fire place and workspace with desk and chair.

The house features two other comfy bedrooms and a 4 piece bathroom as well as laundry closet complete with a washer and dryer.

Guests are also welcome to use the deck and yard which can be accessed through the kitchen.

This is a two apartment house with long term tenants downstairs. There are separate entrances to each apartment and no access to either apartment from inside. Guests may use one side of the driveway for parking.
