The Space:
This beautiful deluxe two bedroom and two bath condo is 1170 - 1220 sq ft! The master suite has a king bed (varies) with attached en suite and jetted tub. The second bedroom comes with a double bed (varies). The open floor plan living room has a queen sofa bed and the condo can accommodate up to 6 guests! Guests can enjoy the stunning views from their very own balcony/patio. There is a full kitchen and dining area to meet all your culinary needs! It also includes a washer and dryer for your connivence.

Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

Pets are not permitted.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charges.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

Getting Around:
Parking is very limited and costs $25 per day, per vehicle, and is valet only.

Parking spaces are limited to one space per suite with the exception of 3 and 4-bedroom Presidential suites, which are allotted two spaces per suite. Self-parking and trailer parking are not available.

Other Things to Note:
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.

You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
