This modern and stylish house features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and can sleep up to 14 people. Although it's Barbie themed this house is great for everyone with a spacious patio, firepit, pool with jets, and last but not least this home has amazing views from almost every room! Minimum Rental age of the person reserving is 21.

Located in Terra Lago gated community, with stunning grounds, surrounded by multi million dollar homes. This is a safe neighborhood, perfect for walks or just to relax by the lake. There is a kids park in the community as well. Whether you are planning romantic getaway, family gathering, bachelorette, birthdays, gender reveal, baby shower, engagement get together or guys/girls golf or shopping trip, this property is perfect for all of that! Bedroom Layout:
Room 1 (primary with en suite + stunning lake views): King Bed
Room 2: 2 Queen Bed
Room 3: 2 Queen Bed
Room 4: 2 Queen Bed
Room 5: King Bed

*Two twin rollaway beds and 1 full rollaway are also available, we can also provide a couple blow up mattresses upon request. Please let us know minimum 24 hours in advance, so all can be ready for your group.*

SPOOL:
The Spool which is a smaller pool is $100/daily to heat.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the spool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Spool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. The spool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to an equipment issue. ***Pool heating starts in September and ends end of May, with some variability year to year with weather. Please note, the payment is for heating only, the enjoyment of it there is no fee. If heating needed in the summer for those that like it extra warm, it can be provided at 50% of regular cost.

PARKING:
Renters and their guests should park on the driveway, there is 2 spots, 1 side driveway and 2 spots in the garage. No street parking, thank you!

Terra Lago HOA Rules:
NO street parking after 6 pm but 5 spots are provided by our property. (Extra Parking available outside the main security gate, we can provide directions. It is 8 mins walk from the gate or your friends or family can carpool you in). Please ensure to follow this as community does fine and it is responsibility of guest to cover those.
NO commercial vehicles or Oversized Passenger Vehicles after 6 pm and not allow on Sunday All-day
NO RV or Truck RV conversion after 6 pm (can be parked in front of the security gate).
NO swimming, fishing or boating in the lake.

PETS:
We are pet friendly! Small breed only. Limit 2 pets. There is a $75 non refundable fee for the first pets stay and $25 non refundable fee for each additional pet.
We will collect this fee after booking is completed.

NOTE: Please do not have any packages mailed to the home. We do not have access to owner mailboxes. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that arrive to the home.

PERSONAL ITEMS: Items left behind after check out are not our responsibility. You are welcome to come back to the home, if convenient and no guests in the home, to retrieve. We will do our best to return your items to you, as we do our shipping twice a month. The 1st and the 15th. Shipping costs are passed on to the guest.

City of Indio Vacation Rental Rules

NOISE/MUSIC/CROWDS:
MUSIC SHOULD BE CELL PHONE/LAPTOP VOLUME LEVELS. Extra daytime guests can allowed up to 25 people as per ordinance, please let us know in advance. Daytime extra guests have to leave by 8.30pm weekday and 9.30pm on the weekends.

Failure to comply with any City ordinance may result in a citation. In the case of multiple short-term rental violations, home owners can lose their short-term rental privilege. Please ensure responsible enjoyment of the property. Violations are the sole responsibility of the tenant, and by booking this property you agree to these terms.

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

CASINO:
Fantasy Springs is 1.9 miles from the villa, less than 5 mins drive. Grab a bite to eat with multiple restaurants, watch a show, bowl (late night laser bowling included) simply try your luck in a slot, poker or another table game. Spotlight Casino is only 7 mins drive and it has an authentic brewery on site.

GOLF:
The Golf Club at Terra Lago is attached to the community and presents 36 challenging holes with dramatic elevation changes, stunning views, and a challenging island green par 3 which was featured in Skins Games. The view from 7th tee box is considered one of the best in the valley, from there you have a complete panoramic view from one end of the Coachella Valley to the other. Eagle Falls Golf Course is only 6 mins drive.

SHOPPING:
Cabazon outlets are 35 mins drive for all your discounted designer label goods. Happy Point in La Quinta is 7.8 miles, 15 mins drive with plenty of restaurants and all kinds of stores. El Paseo high end shopping is only 13 mins drive.

SPA:
Only 6 mins from the villa, Indio Spa at WorldMark Indio or check out Miramonte at India Wells that is 15 mins away.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
It can be very windy in the area at times, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.

*Pool gets serviced before and after every reservation. Please note, for longer reservations, pool has to be serviced twice a week.

The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.

TRASH:
Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection. Pickup date is Friday, we pay for city valet service, so as a guest, you do not have to pull up the cans.

SMOKING:
Of all sorts is outdoors only. Please ensure of safe buds disposal and no littering. Thank you so much.
