Erin, we are sorry you had such an unpleasant stay and feel the listing was misleading. We have taken your comments seriously and reviewed the listing. We were unable to find anything mentioning that we had AC, so we aren't sure how you were misled. No AC in Flagstaff is very common. In fact, there is no AC for any of the 75 plus condos in this complex. This all said, the unit does have a portable AC unit and it looks like you guys never set this up for use. It has a portable AC unit, ceiling fans in the living room, master bedroom, and in addition to a portable AC unit we also provide a box fan as it gets into the 50s at night here so open windows overnight cool the place. If you didn't want windows the portable AC unit also does the trick. Unfortunately, we never heard from you during your stay, so we weren't able to help in any way to make your stay more comfortable. We do feel this review is a bit unfair given you never asked us if we had AC before booking and we never tell guests in the listing we do. We have an AC unit in the condo that you never used, and no effort was made to communicate with us, so your accusation that we only provide a box fan is not really accurate. We send out multiple messages to guests to ask if there is anything we can do to improve their stay and we never heard anything back from you. We also send a link to our welcome book which explains how to use the AC unit and it looks like this was never reviewed, so effort was made by us.
