It is a 10-15 minute walk to campus, Auburn Arena, and Jordan-Hare Stadium. Downtown Auburn and iconic Toomer's Corner are only a 15-20 minute walk away. This unit comes with one parking space, but there are numerous parking spots along the street. This space is ideal for families, a group of friends, or just a couple that wants to experience all that Auburn has to offer.

Our condo is on the first floor of a small, full brick complex. In July of 2022 it was repainted and had new carpet installed. The furniture is comfortable and updated. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, two walk-in closets, and two full bathrooms. A laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is located in the pantry off from the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The living area has a flat screen TV with Roku capabilities, a table and chairs, a sectional sofa and chair. Wi-fi is also available giving guests the ability to stream over 20 devices at once. There is a small outdoor patio off the back of the unit that is perfect for taking in the atmosphere on game day.
